happy (belated) bday to the bestest MC Monkey D. Luffy. He’s come a long way (and so has this project goodness gracious I started last NOVEMBER)

EDIT: fixed some typos and Luffy’s bounty amount lol. apparently i was little over zealous w/ the zeroes. I was afraid i would do something like that and i did!! T^T thanks @d-lissa and @gre-chankas-stuff for the heads up
