Thinking about this thing I saw at the mall yesterday that's been haunting me ever since I saw it

Why? Huh? What? what is it supposed to be referencing and why is the clipart editing budget so dang low. Why is the print so small compared to the rest of the "wallet." Why are there just so many Nickelodeon characters together in the most basic stock merch poses ever.

I'm so confused.
