as i already told you, after berries i want to start working on a yoongi series! and today, i really felt that craving to start cooking up something. i had zero ideas, but if it wasn’t for my miffy @tkslovechild, i wouldn’t be writing this post at all.
these are the vibes for the series i’m working on rn and i’m screaming.
let me tell you that this time around EVERYTHING will be different. the style, the issues, concepts. it won’t be like anything i’ve ever written, but you can look forward to some of the characters i’ve already written about in my work appearing there. 😊 just to cause some drama, lovingly.

i’m absolutely ecstatic about this series. fuck.
expect idol!yoongi in a certain timeframe that i won’t necessarily follow exactly, but that will be the bones of the series. that is actually a warning! 😭 i want to be creative in this series and following true events would kinda stifle my creative juices.
it will be full of yearning and intimate love. and i’ll try to make yoongi as soft as i can, despite the rough façade i want him to have.

i am so sorry for being mia. i've gotten so sick that i couldn't get out of bed and i just slept my days away, sweaty and stinky. i've missed you all so much. the antibiotics i've been taking finally started being effective today and they pulled me out of bed, thank god. i have much more strength and i think i'll even try writing something today.

i wanted to ask you. while i drifted in and out of consciousness, i thought about the smoke series sm, especially about chap 3 with yoongi's pov. do you guys want a rundown of what went through yoongi's head when they left the venue up until he ate her out? or do you want me to continue on with the plot? obviously, with the latter, i'll mention a bit of his side, but it won't be as thorough. and with the rundown, the plot will still be there, but it'll be a longer chapter.
i'll let you, guys, vote. i have about 700 words from last week with the rundown, but i can always rewrite it and make it better. please, help me decide!

i just finished a rly intense scene in smoke 3 that you might hate me for. 🙈 you gotta trust me, though. everything that happens in this series is for a reason that will be developed later and i’m really excited about that? like it fills me with adrenaline that i get to flesh out yoongi’s and oc’ characters bc they are human in my brain. i love this series so much, although nothing i ever write will compare to the steam series. idk why.
i said on twitter that i need to write two more scenes and i’ll be done with the chapter. i’m somewhere in the middle and it has 7k words so far. make sure to follow me there! i yap there a lot, post pictures, obsess over jimin and have meltdowns bc of hobi.
expect the chapter either tomorrow or tuesday. i go back to work tomorrow, but i’ll try to work as hard as i did on my week off.

writing has been difficult, i tell you that. i was struggling a lot with oc's pov. kinda had to listen to her and let her live in the chapter because i wanted her to be mad, you know? but, spoiler alert, she's NOT mad at yoongi. so it took a lot of deleting, a lot of rewriting, but i think i'm all good now. i have 3.8k words now and i like where it's heading.
a huge fucking bee attacked me on my balcony today while i was smoking and focusing on this one paragraph and i ran away in tears. the winged fucker ruined the moment for me. i thought i'd share that with you bc it was absolutely terrifying and i'm scared to go to my balcony now:).
also—i've been thinking about writing a jimin series........................
i think i'll be finished with the chappie sometime next week. at least i hope so, i'll be so busy, ugh. pls, send me lots of good energy and brain cells to write.

watching the jikook docuseries inspires me sm and my love for jimin grows and grows and i need to do something about it.
i can’t wait until the smoke series is finished bc i’ll lose the fire i feel rn. i know this bc this happened to me when tae’s photobook came out. i think i was still writing the berries series with hobi at that time and i waited for nothing. i lost my creative juices for the fic i wanted to write for him and i forgot about it eventually.
NOT HAPPENING THIS TIME.
expect a really soft fluff series with jiminie. i could never write smut with him bc i simply don’t see him that way, but i just know it’ll be absolutely magical. i don’t have any ideas yet, but i’m sure they will come to me once i’m done with smoke 4.

how are you all? i’m just coming on here to update a little. i’ve been incredibly sad and stressed this past week and i’m just waiting for things to get better. i’m working on smoke 5 and i decided to simplify my writing by a lot because i’ve noticed that i lost so many of you.
i don’t know if it’s because you don’t like the series that much or if i’ve been messing around with the language a lot, but it’s been making me really sad.
and i think i reached a dead end.
i might go on hiatus.
i don’t have any ideas rn. idk where smoke is going, how many chapters there are left in the series. at this moment i don’t know anything at all.
i even considered leaving the fic world, but i can’t physically walk away from writing. my body is so used to it that i can’t imagine not writing.
so a hiatus it is.
i’ll work hard on smoke 5. hopefully, i can manage. it might take me longer, idk.

i hope you all enjoyed smoke 5. unfortunately, it is my last post before my quite long-term hiatus. as you all know from my last letter, i’m in a really bad place right now. everything’s going to shit, i have zero ideas. i’ve been under a lot of stress and it’s never ending. i’m exhausted. i have zero ideas, and i just need this break to get myself together.
i read all the messages you all left me and i want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. i love you all, terribly. you’re all my babies and i take care of you, but in order for me to do my job well—i have to get well, too.
i’ll come back sometime at the last of september.
read as many fics on this app as you can and share your love for them. i’ll spend my free time gathering inspiration from kdramas, sightseeing and lots of, lots of art. i’ll come back fully refreshed and brimming with ideas, and i’ll finish smoke for you. there’s approximately two chapters left to the series, but who knows.
expect me asking you all for requests once the series is over.

i’m finally back. the hiatus is over. i’m genuinely happy to be back because i missed you all and i missed working. i missed having that schedule. i had too much time on my hands that forced me to think about my life and that wasn’t nice. 😀
i was on vacation in dubai. i wish it had been as pleasant as my last vacation in turkey but unfortunately it wasn’t like that. my daddy issues got triggered a lot and i couldn’t wait to go home and go to you. it really did give me that oomph i needed and i shall write as many daddy issues fics as possible.
i started off well with the hobi fic. a bit of dd/lg without the daddy part bc i really don’t like fathers at the moment. 😀 BUT. a namjoon fic is coming up that i shall start writing today. i did have something in the works while in dubai. it has like 1k words, but i don’t wanna go there and relive the pain again. so i will think of something else. a quick scroll through pinterest will surely help me.
thank you all for your messages. i am purposefully keeping them in my ask box bc i wanna go back to them every once in a while. i think i was shadowbanned for months. my smut masterlit got flagged A LOT of times so that might be the reason why. i think i need to fix my masterlists. i need to find time for it.
i hope you guys liked the hobi fic. he’s such a husband and i always have to marry him at the end. it was a pleasure to write about him after berries and i miss him terribly.
when it comes to smoke, i’m letting that be for now. i think i made a lot of mistakes with the plot bc i was rushing so much, trying to get it out. i’m really dissatisfied with it, but with my now rested brain i’ll try to fix it.
