Matthias Otto Brückner was born on July 7, 1914 in Munich, into a loving family. His father, Jacob, a soldier in the Reichswehr, died in 1924 in an assassination attempt by communist opponents. His mother, Katharina, was left to raise Matthias alone. Dieter Lehner, Jacob's brother, interfered in their lives after Jacob's death, and with the help of his growing influence in the Nazi regime, adopted Matthias against Katharina's wishes, sending her to a psychiatric hospital.

Matthias Brückner became Matthias Lehner, raised in a military environment where he was pushed to embrace Nazi ideals. Dieter, who rose through the ranks to become a Major in the Gestapo, tried to enforce Matthias' discipline, often with brutal methods.  Over the years, Matthias is integrated into the Hitler Youth and then into the SS-Junkerschule, where he receives military training.

In 1940, Matthias reaches the rank of Obersturmführer, but his heart is divided. He feels trapped in a life he did not choose. After a series of traumas and confrontations with Dieter, Matthias is driven to revolt. One day, he tries to kill Dieter, but fails. Dieter, realizing his nephew's betrayal, suppresses this attempt, but does not immediately expose him.

Following tragic events, Matthias ends up killing Dieter in a fit of rage with his P08 luger while his uncle was taking a bath. He then decides to flee with his mother, Katharina, whom he finds in the psychiatric hospital. They find refuge with a friend, Karl.  But Matthias is eventually captured by the Gestapo, wounded in the leg by a bullet, while he tries to flee by train with his mother. His mother stays on the train at Matthias' request while he is taken away.

Questioned by a colonel, Matthias confesses to having killed Dieter, which results in a death sentence for treason to the Reich. He attends his symbolic trial whose sentence had already been decided. The tension between his past and his choices leads him to a public execution, leaving his tragic fate sealed.

so i made a cod waw/ww2 oc WOOO! ihave more of them but most of them are written than drawn, i would post the writings but I'm 100% sure you guys won't understand it unless you speak indonesian-dayaknese, russian, and chinese at the same time. it's a literal hellfire what i keep in my google documents i should assure you, anyways, here's the drawing before small lore notes in no particular order!! [including the song that reminds me of him]

'alyoshenka'

-born in 1915 8th december. he was and accidental gift to his family that was already full, from 7 to 8 members in a span of seconds. this brought dread and annoyance in to his family, and his relatives made it clear to him. they gave him a roof to cover his head and food that'll fill his stomach, but they're mentally distant.

-his brother got him a dog with a knitted scarf to make him more lively, they instantly got close

-the canine basically raised him, and alyoshenka raised it like it was his own. it was a russian sighthound, or more known as borzoi, he loved the dog. he was in distraught when he realized he had to leave the dog when he got enlisted to the soviet military, he traded the knitted sweater from the dog with his necklace and sent the canine to his sister

-in his teen years he felt like he wasn't providing anything to the family, so he'd thought he'd try making a quick buck or two. he did numerous jobs, being a newspaper boy, a messenger, and a wall painter. then he unfortunately fell into being a teen boy escort, he tried his best to keep his identity hidden and succeeded, not with a few struggles

- he was somewhat expirienced in nearly everything due to him job hopping. oh you want to write a book? give it to alyoshenka! your car broke down? alyoshenka can fix it!

-he had numerous short term lovers, both boys and girls. people might say he's blind in love. he only dated them because he needed comfort in his life, but he dated the wrong people.

-bro is canonically beautiful 💀💀
