She is a female Human Starfleet officer in the 23rd century. She served in the Medical Department, a department of the science division, aboard the USS Enterprise from 2266 to 2270 as a nurse and in the mid-2270s as a doctor under the command of Captain James T. Kirk. In 2286, she was assigned to Starfleet Command. (x)
