a (not at all) excellent thing I have learned this year and is that my heat sensitivity is now so bad that being in temps in the 80s makes me lightheaded & nauseated

80+ f / 27+ c for my non us americans out there for reference I grew up in Florida and have experienced temps over 100f for my entire life mid winter temps were often in the 80s I've always loathed being hot and sweaty but this level of physical illness in the heat is like very new and alarming when we're running errands now I have a really short timer before I start to become sick and lose clarity of my thoughts yesterday it took me THREE HOURS being in the AC to recover from being outside IN THE SHADE strawberrum chirps
