but let me let in on some secret: 5 out 7 of them r not true human :/

so not human = ghoul/human-ghoul hybrid or one eyed ghoul

this is just my own way of pushing the soulmate agenda in ghoul au, but the way for ghouls to mate with their own soulmate is for them to offer a piece of their meat and blood. for human and human bond, it’s just physical touch for a certain period of time for them to be bonded.

+ if yoongi is a ghoul or even a human, tasting oc’s blood wont affect nor do anything. because ghoul-human bond requires the mating agenda; which is for a ghoul to offer a piece of its flesh and blood to a human (for them to be bonded) and the same thing applies for human (if a human tastes the flesh and blood of a ghoul). apparently this ghoul-human mating agenda is a one way thing so tasting a human soulmate’s blood wont affect anything!

+ ghoul-human bond is extremely rare because of the mating agenda <33 (no human would be like “imma eat this ghoul’s flesh to know if they r my soulmate” like PLEASE WHO WOULD DO THAT.

and as to feel the connection or bond between souls, ghouls can detect their soulmate easily due to their acute senses. (ghoul to ghoul)

human to human bond works pretty much normal. if one is ur soulmate, you’ll know immediately (if u made a physical contact with the said soulmate) unless medication to prevent the bond was taken. 📝

but if a ghoul has a human soulmate, it’s hard to feel the connection unless the mating agenda applies here. (which means a human has to taste the blood or the meat of the ghoul)

there will be sparks around humans and ghouls that are soulmates but it is very dull— like REALLY dull.

but here a few points worth taking note abt the dull sparks:

jimin : physical touch (in training, jimin stroked oc’s hair which is very out of character) & unexplainable jealousy (when he deleted the files 💀 it was out of jealousy lets b real bcs jk literally had the same amount of files as his. gyu and minghao combined has at least 50% less than theirs. AND WHEN HE PUSHED OC’S HEAD TO THE GROUND WHEN SHE CALLED OUT GYU 💀💀💀💀)

so in conclusion, jimin will always try to keep oc as close as possible to him.

jungkook : territorial 🧍(when oc claimed herself to be a kishou - mans made her going thru identity crisis fr - when gyu touches her… and when gyu kisses her forehead…) & the underlying soft spot for oc (when he helped oc with the bandage, when he told jm to stop the fight, when he wanted to help oc after the fight)

in conclusion, jk is soft for oc despite his hard personality 🤞🏻

oc to jimin : the need to obey him (in folders, jm mentioned how oc is always ready for him)

oc to jk : soft spot (oc might confuses her soft spot for jk due to growing up with him but the truth is it’s just the dull sparks between her and jk 🤝🏼)
