Hello!!!! Thank you so much! It’s quite simple actually!

I looked up “lace texture” on Google and copied the one I liked the most, paste it on top of the coloring layer and select “overlay” adjust the opacity to your liking and boom! This is different for different programs but I use procreate if that helps!!^^
