Oh I just got an idea
Remember how in the Rottmnt Movie when Casey said, "They died, everybody died fighting the Krang."
So I just had a little thought...Just a little innocent thought....
Echo dies in Raph's hands after protecting him from the Krang >:)
And the dialogue would go something like this,

"I love you Raph, I always will even after I die...."
"Don't say it like that! You're gonna be okay once Donnie fixes you up! Promise me you won't die."
"I promise..."
