This is awesome, very well worded.

I want them both to get some happiness in the next season and like learn from there mistakes but I don't think August is changeable. It would be great if he could snap out of his ways but I feel he will always go back to his greedy ways.

It's so interesting to me that both Sara and August actually got what they wanted during the season but both of them experienced the cracks in their "perfect" life.

Sara wanted to be a boarder and wanted to be one of the girls, and she did get a chance. But then she realized that maybe it's not all fun and games, especially for her. She had trouble keeping up with the girls because of money issues(like the cafe scene, it cost her a lot when she tried to buy the girls something from her own money), getting worried because the girls gifted her very expensive pants and she would also have to pitch a lot of money when someone else's birthday will take place, and the fact that she loved Rousseau very much but it was purely because of Felice's privilege that she was able to have Rousseau in the first place and he was gone as soon as Felice had no purpose to keep Rousseau. That no matter how much she tries, she will always sort of not "fit" within that circle because she wasn't brought up in one in the first place.

Also with August. Man was literally made the spare heir to the throne, the ultimate pinnacle of power in his eyes. But then he started to see the cracks within the "perfect" royal life. How his social media was invaded in the name of protocol, how the court made the decision of sanctioning him to military service for TEN YEARS without running it with him and how he wasn't allowed to give feedback about his speech.

And it's even more interesting to think about how these subtle realizations will help them in reflecting upon their actions in a possible S3.

I kinda want August and Sara to have like an evil king and queen era. I wouldn't be particularly great for Simon and Wilhelm but I think August and Sara would rock it.

These seem like two different people to me it may be the lighter hair but the jawline definately seems pointier in the trailer and overall wider build this season. As well as the hair colour change she looks like she's aged well more than a year and the eyebrows seem of idk.

Is there gonna be a bisexual or biromantic charecter in s2 cause if so I'm here for it...

What's interesting though is Wille doesn't actually need the note cards he briefly glances at the speech at the beginning but doesn't read from them. He's memorized the speech but only looks again when he changes the speech when he disagrees.

It shows his doubt that he can say his speech off by heart. But he is able to anyway.

Tiny thing with the props that speaks volumes to me: Wille has the speech on note cards - with the lines distinctly printed out, with a handwritten edit, and August has the speech hand written in his notebook.

August was expecting himself to memorise the speech - you can’t deliver an official speech from a notebook and you are just making it harder for yourself having it be hand written.

Wille knows himself - he knows that he can’t memorise that speech, and so he has made official looking easy to read, scan and prompt himself notecards.

August asked Jan-Olof if he could change the speech.

Wille just went ahead and tweaked it in his notes.

August thinks that he is suited to power but constantly seeks validation and has unreasonable expectations of himself. He doesn’t see himself clearly.

Wille has unconsciously internalised his power, and knows where his weaknesses lay. He sees himself clearly.
