The Texas hurricane left me without power for a while and I couldn’t draw anything at all 😓

I’m also in a summer program that’s gonna take quite a bit of my time for the next 2 weeks.

The thing about being a teenager is that you have the worst of both worlds. Depending on where you live, a teen gets a job, drives, and most of the time even pays for their own stuff. But at the same time teens are usually just deemed young and stupid like a little kid (which can be true 100%). Not only that, but as a teen, adults don’t remember what it’s like to go through the things at your age and pre-teens or younger are too young to understand in the first place. In short, when you’re a teen, you have 50% of the responsibilities of being an adult, 50% of the stress, and 0% of the freedom of being either an adult or younger kid. But it’s not all bad. I’m glad as a teen, I’m still young enough to have all of my close relatives alive.

everyone always talks about how adulthood sucks but no one can genuinely tell me it's worse than this (being a teenager)
