Story time below...

Okay so my favorite part about this photo is how much shorter I am... with the shoes I'm wearing I'm probably at or below 5' after all! This brings up a couple of the funniest moment I had while at SDCC.

1. I would throw my badge over my shoulder to hide it for photos. One time I had to pull it forward to present to conference staff before entering a room and at the same time I pulled forward my pass, they said...

"Can I see your child conference pass- OH! Or regular adult pass, sorry about that!"

2. My s/o purchased something that was kind of bulky in size and weight at a booth, while I stood next to them waiting. We are both in costume. As the booth attendant handed over the purchase to my s/o I hear them say.

"Here we go, I'll hand this over to dad."

It took me a second to register why they called them dad and then I realized they thought I was their CHILD LMAO! I started bursting into laughter right then and there and had to restrain myself from falling on the ground to crack up from all of this.

OMG! No wonder the booth attendant gave me so much attention for something my s/o was buying. They probably thought I would insist my "parent" get it for me when it wasn't even for me, pfff hahahaha.... I literally just connected the dots on that last part as I wrote this and the more I think about it the more I realize like wow yeah they were talking to me like I was a child. I just thought they were very excitable about pitching their product XD
