Sorry I'm stupid it seams italian and greek names have only one usually being a patronimic name more than a surname!.

For Odysseus I would try one ending in -atos (cause that seems the suffix of Cephalonia (Ithaca's supposed surname) and one ending in -akos for Penelope (the one from Laconia (Sparta's region) but the begining I'm not sure, hahahah
