-fruta: piña, melocotón, albaricoque, etc.., frutos secos (puedo comer almendra de milagro), CACAO, nuez moscada, MOSTAZA,

-polen: olivo , plátano de sombra, artemisa, gramíneas, ortigas,

Medicamentos: unos cuantos, látex y puntos reabsorbibles

-Animales: abejas y avispas y otro que no me acuerdo.

Algunas son leves pero otras son mortales (si en 5 min no estoy en el hospital, ☠️)
