I think I was 14 or 15 But I didn't realize it until 6 months after it had faded and I've only had crushes here and there since then idk I have an interesting relationship w the romantic feelings I do get I'm ace due to my past and basically being nervous and not wanting to allow myself to have romantic feelings and also bc just being an ace person w a crush is a very diff experience than an allo person with a crush and I've been trying to understand that better sorry for the dump if anyone reads my tags

Just saw the Movie and Barbie is so clearly an asexual (and maybe aro) icon!

-Margot Robbie herself in an interview stated that Barbie does NOT feel attractiom cause she is a doll, she lack organs so...

-But it the movie other dolls still feel have romantic, if not sexual (Weird Barbie remarks about stereotypical Barbie's Ken), feeling. So it is just her trait!

i need people to know that labels aren't mandatory.

Use all the microlabels you want. Go wild.

But at the same time, if you don't feel like going down that rabbit hole, just using the umbrella-term of whatever the hell you identify with is perfectly fine too. Some people don't want to be any more specific and that's totally valid :)
