i love not eating when life goes down because i'm losing weight AND controlling what i can control. even if we're impoverished and i feel stuck in life, i have hunger and weight loss, even if it's all i truly have.

had to break my fast with yogurt because i was dehydrated but at least i got 40g protein, only less than 300cal, and i'm going for another 12hr. i still feel so guilty though.
