this ep was so cute but i cant stop thinking abt the sad implications abt hunter in it. all the coven heads look down on him (except for raine who seemedā€¦.very worried abt hunter w/o even saying a word. and darius apparently was cool this whole time??). hes so brainwashed he thinks waking up at 6 am and never seeing ur friends or family again is a convincing argument to join the emperors coven. hes never spoken to kids his own age. he has no self worth and thinks himself half a witch. he didnt think anything was wrong w the other kids being kidnapped to be recruited until he realized theyd lose their palismen. when darius raised his hand to pat his head hunter flinched bc he thought he was gonna get hit. likeā€¦..ohhhhh my god belos has rlly fucked this kid up lmao
