One of the long hours art I did
Not to brag but I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out
it's inspired by promare (like very losely) the first shot of lio where he's on a throne
so much has been reworked tho it's hardly relevant lmao
Not enough shadows for a stage light but this was already really going out og my confort zone
plus I did this in two days which is really speady for me
the background is ins^pired by one in the game
and very poorly redrawn cause I didn't want the focus to be there
I haven't worked with overlays and layers like this is no long it felt very weird
I'm careful about shading bc I don't like how it makes my art look
also I changed most of mark's face like

and it's even more unsettling now
Legit at some point I took a break adn when I came back to it I was like

I don't like this one very much I admit
I had to redo it a couple times
and I'm still very unsatisfied with it
I kinda like how it answers the firs one

second break

it's hard when you're trying to recreate the same feeling than for another pieve
esp if u kinda like it
because it's not as good
or rarely
it's always a bit different
in ways you might have liked on another day
but bc you can compare it it reads different
I don't think there's any space that really looks like that on the steppe
again
this was more like an excercice with colors
