do you ever just feel you dont deserve anything because of one mistake
because that is how my life is
In honor of Asexual Awarness Week I wrote a poe about life as someone who identifys as asexual
I have hope for asexuality to one day be put into books
If i were to go and ask 10 random people on the street what asexuality means I have doubts even 3 would know
You cant even google what it means
Becuase no one knows what it means
It changes for everyone
Only if you are ace you know what ace means
It's not some playing card you have
That's the issue
Is the people who are ace dont get enough represntation
The people who are ace just think their confused when their not
and its so annoying
I'm sick and tired of being undervalued
Some people dont even think asexuality exists
some people think the terms asexual and aromantic are the same but their not
That's the issue
people used to say that my life was worthless and bullshit but look at me now. i am happy again
Asexual representation is something that very few books show. I am so thankful for Alice showing it in a way that many people who identify as ace feel. The thing with asexuality is that it is different from person to person and Alice has managed to spread that message in such a supportive way. So thank you Alice Oseman for this update.
the. fucking. update.
i am screaming in ace representation
me and my friends are writing and making a short film and ending it solitaire style. aka school burns down
and im back again
I think the reason that the Solitaire blog uses the phrase Patience Kills because an alternative name for the card game solitaire is Patience
"It's funny because it's true" - Solitaire, Alice Oseman
"Do I dare disturb the universe?" - Solitaire, Alice Oseman
Heartstopper resuming in under 2 hours. I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
why is this so accurate and sad
every squad got the

we always forget the pressure Michael has against himself.
you used to be so happy what happened to you?
I grew up
I always think about the differences between Michael and Lucas. Michael has everything that Lucas lacks. The way he fulfills his relationship with Tori is the exact opposite to how Lucas attempts to do it.
Lucas set out to fix Tori, which led to the creation of Solitaire. Michael set out to understand her. Lucas never loved Tori, but rather the idea of her. The idea of having a childhood best friend that turns into your lover is what Lucas chased, and when he found out that Tori was not the person he pictured in his mind, he planned to save her. Michael never looked to change or save Tori, because that is not how love works.
Even though Michael and Tori had only known each other for a couple of weeks, Michael seemed to know way more about her, even down to the brand of diet lemonade she likes. Lucas, on the other hand, gave her a can of Sprite thinking it counted as lemonade.
Their methods of communication are also completely different. Lucas created an entire organization to send his message, but never once directly communicated his concerns to her. Instead, he chose to be subtle, sneaky, and passive aggressive at times. However, Michael communicates what he thinks directly. As he said himself, when he wants to do something, he usually does it. And that is why he found her at a busy restaurant to tell her that he'd seen her before.
Michael did everything Lucas couldn't.
How come all of my friendships end before they can be like Aled and Frances friendship

Daniel: Anyone d-
Aled: Depressed?
Carys: Drained?
Raine: Dumb?
Frances: Disliked?
Daniel:-done with their work...what is wrong with you people...
The fact that Aled and Frances have such a platonic friendship is just amazing and shows how pride is not only have friends with others regardless of gender but being able to expand the friendship to how ever far it is taken
