I was told in order to have  AU story, I need to write a fic. Because headcanons doesn´t count If there is no text to back it up :( 

*drops Aella in front of Noctis* Here, have the last person you saw your dad. She's a lil traumtized, but she's got the spirit!

Noctis speechless: "Ah, ... was - was he feeling any pain?"

Ignis: " Noct, we need to go. Niflheim is on our backs!"

Gladio from car: " Noct, take her with you. We´re in warzone, there will be plenty time for talking."

“We should blow it up.” Tredd stated calmly while asseting the  situation. It would solve lot of their problems. Plus he was dying to try those new explosives.

“ For 100th time, we will not blow it up Tredd!” Luche started to be desperate. Furia determined to blow something up, is hazzard to lifes. Libertus just came back with his team and brough some resources. They looked beaten up, but in relatively healthy conditions. Having two strong healers was a blessing, Luche noted he should ask Lib If he could borrow them. 

“ Libertus, do you have any other ideas, how we can do it? Other than Tredd here.”  Libertus looked deep in the thought when someone on his left spoke.

“Why not blow it up?” Cal asked rather perplexed. 

“ And here we go again ...”  Axis sighed in relief when Andy´s  healing magic started kicking in on his shoulder.

Birthday´s miracle

The knock on your door startled you. The pizza guy, maybe? You slowly shuffled to the door, money in hand.  You almost leaped out of your skin when you open up. A living mountaing of muscles Titus Drautos stood behind them in civil clothes and with small box wrapped in silky paper in his hand. That ... that was certainly something you didn´t expect today to see. Smirk was playfully plastered on his lips. That bastard clearly enjoyed your distress.

 “Why such scared face? Can´t your captain visit his glaive on their day off?” Titus offers you the box. “ Especially since it´s certains glaive birthday?”

You hesitantly took it, the box was actually heavier that it looked like. But you were so curious  and opened it. It took your breath away! How did Titus know, you wanted exactly this? Did others told him? Was this all your imagination, because if it was then you were sure you didn´t want it to end. 

“Captain, this ... this is really expensive stuff. I can´t accept such gift. I would be happy If you just give me ...” you had to stop yourself, cheeks turning red. Titus raised his eyebrow. “ What is it? I insist that you keep it.” The distance between you two became much shorter than before. “ But now, I admit that I am curious, little glaive. What do you really want?”  You put the gift on the shoe cabinet, averting eyes from Titus  piercing gaze. You shyly murmured under your breath. “ A hug from you would be nice ...”  Silence. You were worried that now you crossed the line. He was your captain, even though you were on more than friendlier terms. “Come here, then.” your head shoot up. Titus face was completely neutral, and his  arms outstretched towards you. If your face wasn´t red before, now surely was. You were hardly hiding your excitement, when you hugged him back. Titus smelled like smoke with hint of spicy bourbon, a very dangerous combination. His arms were around your middle, squizing you lightly. And was that ...

“ Is that a smile I spy with my little eyes, captain?” Titus just snorted. The warm that radiates of him made you snuggle closer.

“  ... Happy birthday, dear.”
