Pairing: Henry Cavill x Reader

Summery: one night, while being out with your friends, you meet non other than Henry Cavill. You two have an amazing one night stand but that’s all it is, you’ll never meet him again. Right?

Warnings: angst

(The first part is on Henry’s POV whilst it’s Y/n POV after the cut)

Henry couldn’t stop walking back and forth: how did he got himself into this situation... well he knew how but just... HOW?!

Kal was looking at him, probably thinking his owner had gone insane and he wouldn’t be that wrong.

Almost three months ago, he had gone out to decompress: his work was very important to him, but it didn’t mean that sometime he didn’t think to give up on everything and change life. He loved his job and his life but it wasn’t easy; everyone saw his fame and his money and forgot to really look at him, like the rest of him didn’t matter.

So that night he had been looking for a break after yet another interviewer had been extra rude to him. He had gone to a bar with some friends trying to take a break.

His friends had just found out about this bar, it wasn’t really well known yet, so he had hoped people wouldn’t recognize him.

He had been having a lot of fun and when he had gone for a refill, he had bumped into you.

You had started talking with your cute accent without even looking at him and he couldn’t had helped but smile. And when you had finally looked at him, he had seen the recognition in your eyes but you had been so normal with him that he hadn’t been able to stop talking to you. You were so captivating that he could have kept listening to you for days.

Kissing you hadn’t been in his program but you had been laughing so hard at one of his joke that he couldn’t help it. His brothers always told him he wasn’t a funny guy.... guess they were wrong.

And now... you were pregnant and he wanted to believe he was his, he really wanted to... you didn’t seem like a bad person, he didn’t think you were trying to con him but...

Yeah “but”...

But what if he was wrong? What if you were trying to foul him? What if he started to love this baby and then he found out it wasn’t his?

But what if that baby was his and he let his fears stopping him from knowing them?

So what to do then? The only think he thought about was calling the person who knew him better than anyone

“Hey honey”

“Hi ma”

“Are you ok? You seems off”- even on the phone his mother could read him without any problem.

“I need your advice”

And Henry told her everything: about meeting you at the bar, about feeling so taken by you, about being careful but still... yeah but still

“Oh henry”- his mother said

“What should I do?”- he asked

“I can’t tell you what to do hun, you know that. You have to do what you think is right, but just remember to be careful. I know if this child is yours you’d want to be part of his life, just make sure you’re not the one hurt in the end”

“So you don’t believe her?”

“I didn’t say that Henry, beside I don’t know her”

“Yeah well me neither mom”- he huffed

“But?”- she could sense he wanted to add something else

“But she sounded sincere, she said I could take a paternity test once the baby was born. So why telling me that, if she didn’t think the baby was mine?”- he added

“So what are you going to do?”- his mom asked

“I don’t know... I need some more time to think about it”

“That’s ok. I’m here if you need me honey ok? Whatever you need”

“Thank you mom, I’ll call you later ok? I love you”

“Love you too”

Henry turned off the phone and looked at Kal

“What are we going to do bud?”- he asked hoping that his loyal friend could be of any help.

Kal barked at him before looking at the door and, like always, he was right: they both needed to go out, take some time to think.

Henry put his running shoes on, took Kal’s leash and went for a run hoping that the fresh air and the nature could give him some peace and clear mind.

The run was exhausting but in the end he knew what he had to do. He was almost 100% sure it was the right choice, and if it wasn’t... well he’ll figure it out later.

He took a shower and, once dressed, he made the call.

You were on the couch, your dog Cap was laying next to you with his head over your lap and you were reading... well at least you were trying to, but you weren’t really succeeding.

You were just so excited: you had been scrolling through internet the other day ,when you had just bumped on some onesies. And you had decided to buy one, you knew it was soon and that you didn’t even know the gender of the baby yet, but it was good to knowledge that the baby was there.

So you had chosen a gender neutral one and you had bought it and you had received earlier the advice of delivering. So you were waiting.

Therefore you were a little bit distracted from your book... who cared.

You were so taken by your thoughts you almost didn’t hear your phone ringing

“Hello? Y/n speaking”

“Hi, I’m Lauren, I’m calling from the hospital I wanted to conferm your appointment for the ultrasound for the next week.”

“Oh yeah yeah of course. Wednesday at 10 am right?”- you asked just to be sure

“Yes, that’s right”

“Perfect, thank you for calling me”

You turned off the phone with a smile on your face: you couldn’t wait to see your baby again

You saw Cap sit up suddenly

“Hey Cap is everything ok?”- you barely had time to ask your dog before someone knocked on the door.

“Ok calm down, it’s just the delivery guy. Don’t worry”- you scoffed at the dog

You opened the door and just stood there shocked

“Hi”- the man on your doorstep said

“Henry?”- why was he here....

English isn’t my first language so I’m sorry if there are mistakes (I’m pretty sure I messed up some tenses 🙈)

the culmination of henry’s birthday had led to a very welcome pregnancy, with you being coddled and adored by your husband as you grew your sweet unborn child

your unborn baby boy - as you’d found out only a couple of months ago - had been growing really well, on track to be a healthy 7-8lbs (3.5kg)

the doctors had noted the babe’s size, but after the first time Henry walked through the door at the 12 week scan, they realised what they were dealing with

it actually all started to make sense

but the scariest part, was that your sweet boy, due for the end of February had began his mission into the world 6 weeks early, during the first week of the coldest January on record

Summery: You are a famous youtuber and Ellen invite you to her show, where you play who’d you rather.

(I don’t know how I feel about Ellen right now, but she’s the one who did this game in her show so... I had to)

Pairing: Henry Cavill x Reader (??)

You couldn’t believe Ellen had invited you to her show; when you had started your YouTube channel you would have never believed the success it would have had.

When you started your channel years ago you were just trying to find a way to deal with your social anxiety and you shyness. So you had decided to use your computer as a shield, you had never thought there would be people actually interested in your videos. So when views had grown, the hate and the not so nice people had come, but, with your shield on, you had powered through.

And now your anxiety and shyness hadn’t go away, by any means, but you had learned to live with them and to be a functioning human being even outside your house.

And now, after so many sacrifice, you were one of Ellen’s guests and you couldn’t be happier.

You had talked about your channel, about your future project and now you were going to play one of the game Ellen usually played with her guests.

“Hi, we’re back with Y/n Y/sn and she says she’s single at the moment so we’re going to find a man for her in a game called who’d you rather?”- Ellen said

“Who’d I rather what?”- you asked smiling

“Whatever you want, you can decided”

“Ok, let’s see would I rather date then”

“Let’s show you two pictures and you’ll choose who’d you rather... Harry Styles or Zac Efron”- Ellen started

“Oh what a good start, well they’re both beautiful men, but I like my man a little bit older than me so I’m gonna go with Zac Efron”- you answered

“Moving on Zac Efron or Nick Jonas?”

“I think I’m gonna stay with Zac Efron, because Nick Jonas is married with Priyanka Chopra and I really can’t compete with her so yeah”

“Alright Zac Efron or Ryan Reynolds?”

“You can’t do this to me, because I can’t compete with Blake Lively either but I can’t say no to Ryan”

“Ok so we keep Ryan Reynolds or Blake Lively”- she laughed once you groaned

“This is so hard... but she is a goddess so Blake Lively”- you laughed once the audience started screaming

“Good choice. Blake Lively or Leonardo DiCaprio”

“Blake Lively”- you smiled

“Blake Lively or Brad Pitt?”

“Blake Lively”

“Are we gonna stay with her until the end?”- she laughed

“I don’t know I don’t know. Maybe”- you smirked until the next pictures came and then you grow hot

“Blake Lively or Henry Cavill”- she said looking at the screen probably unaware of your embarrassment.

“Well”- you cleared your throat and Ellen looked at you smiling once she noticed the state you were in -“sorry Blake but I’m gonna go with Henry Cavill”

The audience basically lost it and you laughed

“Alright Henry Cavill or Tom Hiddleston?”

“Henry Cavill”

“Henry Cavill or Jake Gyllenhaal”

“Henry Cavill”

You knew you weren’t going to move from him from now on, you had had the biggest crush on Henry Cavill since you watched him playing Superman on Man of Steel and after that you had caught up with all his previous works.

“Henry Cavill or Milo Ventimiglia”

“Henry Cavill”- you were even more embarrassed than before

The bell sounded and Ellen said “well we have a winner Henry you can come out” - she was looking behind you

You almost had an heart attack but when you turned around no one was there

“Oh my god you almost killed me”- you laughed at loud

“So Henry Cavill then?”- she asked once the public had calmed down

“Well I mean he seems like a really nice guy, he’s so kind and funny, and he has the cutest dog ever”

“Sure because his dog is what people look at when he walks by”- Ellen smirked and you couldn’t stop your laugh

“Well I went for the less compromising answer”- you smiled when the public lost it once again

“Thank you for being with us Y/n and you guys go check her YouTube Channel”

“Thank you for having me”

You groaned and tried to go back to sleep but your phone wouldn’t stop ringing.

You grabbed it with your eyes still closed and answered

“What?”

“Where the hell have you been”- your best friend was screaming in your ear

“Mmhhh”- you mumbled- “I got back late last night so I was sleeping still... thank you for waking me up by the way. What’s so urgent you had to blew my phone?”

“Haven’t you been online at all?”- she asked

“Haven’t you heard me saying you woke me up? Why what’s going on?”- you were now fully awake

“It’s about your appearance on Ellen”

“Oh my god, didn’t I look good? Was my dress see through? What did I do?”- you were panicking

“No it’s just... the internet had blown up with your love declaration for Henry Cavill”- she said and you could hear the laugh in her voice

“Shut up. I didn’t make a declaration”- you said while putting her on speaker to see what was going on online - “oh my god, I’m tagged in thousand of post on Instagram and don’t let me start on Twitter”

“You aren’t the only one tagged”- she murmured

“What? What are you tal- oh damn it... they tagged him too!!! I’m dead... officially dead! Stop laughing... this is doomsday”

“It’s so funny, you have had that crush on him for so long and now he’s bound to know”- she laughed and laughed and laughed. If you didn’t love her as much as you did you would have hung up on her

“Wait... what is... what the hell is this?”- you were out of words

“What? Is everything ok?”- she had stopped laughing

“He Dm me on Instagram”- you whispered almost like if you said it too loud the message would disappear

“You’re shitting me”- you best friend screamed

“Do you really think I would lie about Henry Cavill sending me a message?”

“Damn.. what did he say?”- she asked but you were too focus on you Instagram Dm for answering her

Who would have thought that starting a YouTube channel would have gotten you a date with your celebrity crush?! Destiny was a weird thing.

Damn me... I shouldn’t write other stuff when I’m supposed to be working on my stories still on going 😂
