do you have any predictions for how the derek and baxter dlcs will be? like how the relationship will develop and events that will take place? i really like your headcanons and would love to hear your opinion :)

honestly I don't have that many predictions since idrk what to expect but ik that structurally, it'll be similar to cove's moments/the base game as in that it'll be comprised of a moments that you can select from. I think that the contents of the moments are probably gonna be different than cove's tho. I feel like for both baxter and derek's dlcs, you'll probably be going out of sunset bird more (for example for derek's you could go over to his place or his neighbourhood, and with baxter he might take you different places since he would have the money to.) I think the dynamic might be kinda different than w cove since with cove you would have known and been around him longer than the other two, if that makes sense

cove will always be #1 in my heart, but im also looking forward to derek and baxter's dlcs!!!!!

yknow ever since people realized tumblr isnt dead and have decided to flock here from twitter and tiktok ive seen a huge influx of people in fandom spaces who dont reblog anything. at all.

like, i used to have an art blog with 340 followers. not a ton but not a small amount either given how this website works with creators. and in my experience back then even the ones who only left likes still reblogged other things or at least posted their own stuff. literally the only empty blogs were clearly bots.

but on this New art blog, i've had so many people with fandom-specific headers and icons with actual usernames as urls and some kind of title or description, but have. Nothing. no posts. all they do is like things. and it's always public, too. their following list and their likes list.

and honestly all it makes me think is that these people are New and also don't know how tumblr works. how likes don't give exposure. not even in a "oh, i know it doesn't give exposure, but i'm still going to reblog anyways" way, but in a genuine honest to god straight up doesn't realize tumblr likes don't work like twitter's.

PLEASE please if you're from tiktok or twitter or whatever please reblog people's art both fandom and original if you like it!! and maybe actually pad out your blog's content in some way so people won't potentially see you as a bot and block you.

✿ Married/Husband Cove headcanons ✿

(I played the wedding dlc recently and uhhh. This idea has been. Occupying my silly little brain. So yeah. I hope you guys enjoy it lmao)

This man literally LOVES just being able to wake up with you next to him.

Sometimes you wake up and just see him smiling at you adoringly

He’s probably just thinking “wow, I love my spouse” “They are so perfect and wonderful.” “I must be the luckiest guy in the entire world”

And if he’s not next to you, he’s probably in the kitchen making you breakfast or coffee

He fidgets with his ring when he’s thinking about something

He gets SO excited and happy when he tells people that you’re married

Sometimes when you get home from work or whatever he just prepares a sweet romantic little surprise like a nice dinner or movie or gift or something.

It doesn’t even need to be a special occasion or anything, he just wanted to make sure you know how much he loves and adores you, (as if he doesn’t just literally tell you all the time. Like, every single chance he gets.)

But when it IS a special occasion like ur anniversary or something like that.

I think I mentioned this in a previous post, but he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND lemme tell you.

Like, gifts, dinner, flowers, all that jazz.

He definitely gets some of your wedding pictures and even some pics of you two from when you were growing up printed and hung up somewhere.

He never ever forgets to say goodbye and give you a lil kiss before you leave for work (or before he leaves depending on who leaves first)

He does the same when you get home.

If he’s tired and stuff from work, just seeing you and kissing you will just instantly make things better and gives him energy (kind of like how kissing ur spouse in stardew valley will get rid of exhaustion lol)

If you’re at home working on things, he’ll check up on you from time to time and make sure you’re taking breaks and stuff. He sometimes brings you stuff like snacks, coffee, water, etc. regardless if you ask him to or not.

If you want him to keep you company and just kinda be there, he 100% will.

At the end of the day when it’s time to go to bed, sometimes he does the thing where he picks you up and carries you to the bed. (he also may or may not do the thing where he flops onto the bed with you like he does in step 4)

Overall, cove is just. #1 husband.
