Hi, fellow artist here. Don't you feel like the job, especially if it's a full-time one, drains you of artistic creativity too? I am so tired mentally I can barely focus on processing all my emotions, having my body reach homeostasis, living life, then actually picking up the art supplies to express something about the said lived life part 🥺 I wish living in communities was more accessible and widespread. Anyways, love love love your art! I'm rooting for you!

i would be drawing everyday if i wasn’t so drained from my job. it’s full-time monday to friday and my weekends are mostly needed to spend recovering and trying to reset for the next work week. i try to plan random days of annual leave so i don’t go insane. coworkers will be like “what are you gonna do on your day off?” and im like, literally just lay down in my bed and try to relax.
