I read this fic once, and I feel part of that can be applied here. Basically this is what I feel happens:

Kaz writes these long letters ranting about his feelings but never sends them. All he sends Inej are the formal letters about the slaves and info like those. And Inej wants Kaz to write her letters (not talking abt the formal ones) but since he doesn't, she feels like he doesn't love her. And our poor Kaz is just suffering and suffering and suffering.....

I wonder what Kaz and Inej have been doing the time between CK and ROW? When Inej is not hunting slavers and Kaz is not being a barrel boss. I mean, the boy seemed very bored in ROW. So bored, he built a whole ass tunnel to his besties house. And Inej? She's hunting slavers, but she's not doing that every single second. Not to mention the way Kaz Brekker himself wobbled as he walked when Nikolai spoke of Inej. I really want to know what they've been up to. What is the progress on their relationship? Can they hug yet? Kiss? Lie in bed together? I REALLY want to know 😭

My beloveds, I miss them so much that I'm just devouring a fuck ton of fanfiction (Then again, Kanej is all I ever read, just look at my bookmarks section). But I need more.
