Rindou x Reader
Everyone could agree that Tenjiku, along with its four heavenly kings, were made of the strongest and, quite literally, the most brutal gangsters of the S-62 generation. However, within the gang, everyone could only see each other as nothing more than a bunch of idiotic misfits.
For example, in the eyes of their fellow gang members, the Haitani brothers may be the supreme rulers of roppongi, but deep down they were just two siblings who got on each other's nerves and made it everyone else’s problem.
It was no secret that the older Haitani was a menace to his little brother and took every opportunity he had to tease Rindou. At first, it was annoying, but over time, it was like daily entertainment for Tenjiku to watch the two brothers bicker.
Today was no different.
Rindou was peacefully slouching along one of the beat up couches of their dingy warehouse hideout, eyes glued to his phone, while Ran stared holes into the back of his brother’s blonde and blue locks. The silent question bubbling in his mind: what is he doing so long on his phone?
This matter particularly disturbed the Haitani, since his brother was less of a socialite, especially when it came to social media. Yet, here he was, messages open, while texting an unknown individual that HE didn’t know about? This was indeed quite odd.
“Rindou,” he calls.
No answer, just the sound of his thumbs tapping against the device’s screen.
Huffing, he calls once more, “Rindouuu.” Still nothing.
“What could he be so fixated on?” Kakucho voices next to the older Haitani.
“I don’t know, but I don’t like how this person is getting all this attention from my little brother.”
That’s when the lightbulb goes off, sparking an idea from the older brother’s mind, his signature mischievous smile spreading on his lips. Sighing in pity, all Kakucho could do was watch as Ran carried out his usual wicked deeds towards his little brother.
One swipe was all it took to snatch Rindou’s phone from his hands, which he quickly responds with an empty grasp of air.
“What the fuck Ran?!”
Ran ignores his sibling as he takes a closer look at his current messages to the unknown stranger. He gasps, and there’s a temporary silence that swells in the air.
“Who is it from?” Izana questions, turning everyone’s curiosity to the brothers.
“R-ran, give it back dammit!” Rindou growls, trying to land a hit on his brother but failing miserably.
Squinting at the bright screen, he takes a moment to register the conversation. His eyes widened,“It’s…”
Izana raises a brow “It’s?”
Ran clears his throat, “….it’s from…a girl?”
The gang was silent, mildly in shock, as they turned to the currently blushing dual-colored younger brother.
“Wait Rindou…,” Mochi voices, breaking the intense silence, “since when do you talk to girls?” he questions.
“Damn straight!” Ran says. “And more importantly, why didn’t you tell your dear big bro?” he whines, throwing a puppy look in his direction.
“Cause’ it's none of your damn business!” Rindou groans, snatching his phone back from his menacing brother’s clutches.
“I always thought the dude was more on the other side of the fence…if you catch my drift,” Shion says in wonder, while Mucho nods in agreement as he glances at Sanzu.
“I AM NOT GAY!” Rindou shouts, heat growing to his cheeks. “And even if I was, I would rather take the information to my grave than tell any of you idiots.”
“That’s rather offensive Rindou.” Kakucho frowns, folding his arms and shooting him a pointed look. “We may have our differences, but we’re a gang. Comrades, actually. You could’ve at least said something.”
“What he said,” Ran interjects, throwing a thumb over to Kakucho beside him.
“So who is it you are talking to that has your undivided attention,” questioned Izana.
Ah, the big question.
Everyone stares, waiting for an answer from Rindou.
He sighs dejectedly as his shoulders slump.
“You know what…you guys already know too much anyway so I might as well…” pinching the bridge of his nose, he breathes in deeply. “She’s my girlfriend.”
Safe to say everyone was completely dumbfounded by the news.
Especially Ran.
“OH THE HORROR,” he cries dramatically, hand clutching his over his heart as he raises a hand over his head.
“Well…that was…unexpected.” Mutters Kakucho.
“Didn’t think he had it in him.” Mochi shrugs.
Just as fast as the comments swirled, so did the questions as well.
“So…what’s she like?” Shion asks.
Now everyone had huddled around the couch where Rindou had seated himself back on, as he continued to text you.
“An angel from heaven,” he quickly slaps a hand on his mouth.
“Gross.” Shion sticks out his tongue.
“You really are smitten huh?” Ran quips, grinning like a fool.
“Please, shut up.”
Bzzz!
y/n: you mind if I drop by? I wanna see you before I go home.
Rindou smiles.
Rindou: Sure babe, I’m at the hideout. I’d like to introduce you to the gang if that’s all right?
y/n: sure! On my way <333
“She’ll be here soon, so stop asking me about her already. You guys are annoying,” Rindou shoots glares at everyone before going back to staring at his phone.
“Rin rin? Are you here?” you called out sweetly, voice reverberating throughout the rusty walls of the warehouse.
Everyone pipes up at the new voice, with Rindou being the first to greet you with open arms and softness in his smile. You run towards him, crashing against him as your arms immediately encircle around his waist, burying your face into the warmth of his tenjiku uniform.
“Rin! I’ve missed you!”
“I’ve missed you too bubs,” he mumbles in your hair, planting a kiss on your crown.
“ ‘Bubs’?! Rindou what the fuck type of lovey dovey shit are you on dude?!” Shion cackles from behind.
However, it isn’t long before he is face-to-face with you, slack jawed at your beautiful appearance.
Before he could even hit you with one of his newest pick up lines, he immediately hits the ground, face smooshed into the harsh, dirt floor with an imprint of fist on his exposed cheek.
Meanwhile, you stood above him, your once soft gaze now darkened with a menacing aura surrounding you.
“Don’t you dare talk shit about my boyfriend you prick. You got something to say, you say it to my fuckin’ face.”
The sudden change in attitude was one thing, but having the ability to knock out Shion was different. Especially a girl.
“Did she just…knock out Shion?”
“Way to state the obvious Kakucho.” Izana mocks, grinning at the misfortune of an unconscious Shion.
“Rindou, WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK DUDE!”
Ran gasps, pointing an accusing finger at his little brother. “She’s beautiful AND can fight?”
“At least she isn’t like his previous relationships where he ends up getting used or dumped.”
The blatant statement wasn’t too far off either. Ever since Mucho had joined Tenjiku, he had taken notice to Rindou’s frequent change in women overtime in the gang.
Shrugging, he ignores the whole scene while continuing his game of shogi with Sanzu.
“Alright, enough you guys!” Rindou sighs, walking over to you and embracing you from behind.
“Sweetheart, please don’t worry about them, this is normal. No need to get upset,” he whispers, kissing the shell of your ear. You pout, turning to face your boyfriend. “Rindou, if I were you, I’d beat their asses, but since it’s fine with you then it’s fine with me.”
Nodding, Rindou kisses you on the forehead, smiling sweetly. “Thanks beautiful.”
“You two mind go getting a room, because I can’t stand that new couple shit. Makes me nauseous.” Mochi groans.
“Agreed,” everyone said in unison.

Request
A/N: heyyy luv! I apologize for the long wait of getting to your request. I hope you like it!
Mikey
“Hey! There they are!” one of the bullies said. The leader of the group waltzes up to you with a devious smirk plastered on her face. “Well, well, well,” he says looking you up and down in disdain, “if it isn’t the school’s freak!” she giggles as the rest of the group follows suit. “They’re always all alone, it’s no wonder why they don’t go out,” one of them chimed. Tears began to well in your eyes as the bullies continued their onslaught of insults spewed towards you. You try to push past them in hopes of trying to get out of the situation, only to be yanked by your backpack and thrown to the floor. Gritting your teeth, you reach out to get your backpack, only to have a foot stomp on your hand. You yelp, quick to retract your hand and look up at the scornful face of the girl. “How pathetic,” she spits, eyeing your crouched form on the ground, “I can’t believe Mikey is actually dating a freak like you.” Her words pierced your heart at the mention of your beloved boyfriend. “I bet he’s just doing it out of pity,” she jeers. “That’s not true!” you shout, your voice trembling as you try to defend the little dignity you had left, “he wouldn’t do that!” “Is that so?” she sneers, “No one would date a weirdo like you unless they were crazy!” That was the last thing she said before walking away with the rest of the group, leaving you full of tears and a sore hand. As you gathered your belongings, doubts began to rush through your mind as the bully’s words replayed in your head. Did he really date me out of pity? Am I that dull for someone like Mikey? When it was the end of the day, you walked past the school gates and was greeted by a familiar warm smile and the sound of a revving CB250T bike. “Hey babe! How was-” Mikey was cut off when he saw your bandaged hand and your tear streaked face. You greet him with a small nod, eyes averting his questioning ones as you silently mount his bike while mumbling, “Can we just go please?” He doesn’t press you as to what happened, only obeying your request to leave, thinking it would be best to talk to you when the both of you were alone. When he feels your arms around his waist, he speeds off onto the streets of tokyo. When you reach Musashi shrine, Mikey parks his bike and is quick to get off so he could help you off as well. But instead of taking his hand, you get off yourself while walking past him to the steps of the shrine without a word. He froze for a moment at your sudden coldness toward him, but he was quick to grab shoulder to stop you. “What the hell happened?” he asked, his seriousness was gentle as he spoke. You shook your head, “I don’t want to talk about it.” “You don’t have much of a choice y/n,” he turns you around, forcing you to meet his stern gaze. Finally, after holding back your tears and heartache, you broke down, gripping Mikey’s shirt as you gave in to him. Slowly, he wraps his arms around your waist while listening to your sobs. When you're done letting everything out, Mikey sits you down on the steps of the shrine with him and gently coaxes you into telling him what had happened. When you do tell him, he stays silent while giving you his full attention, not bothering to ask questions, but just to listen to what you had to say. When you're finished, there’s nothing but a heavy silence between you two until he finally says, “Is that all?” you nod timidly, looking down to the ground as you fidget with your hands. Mikey takes your hands in his own, “Do you wanna know the reason why I’m dating you?” You sniff, using your sleeve to wipe your eyes, “Why?” you croak. He gently cupped your cheek, “Because being around you gives me so much peace of mind. It’s like…the sun shines so much brighter when I’m with you,” he says, his soft voice matching with the strokes of his thumb against your tear-stained cheek. “y/n, don’t listen to what those people have to say because no matter what I’ll always love you.” “Introvert tendencies and all?” you whisper, hopeful eyes searching for his own. He chuckles, “Introvert tendencies and all,” he says, pressing a kiss to your forehead.
Draken
“Hey, y/n?” you stopped skipping and turned on your heel to face your boyfriend. “Yes, ken?” “Is-” he pauses, eyes softening at your questioning stare, “is there anything you need to tell me?” he breathes out, shoving his hands in his pockets. Your heart skips a beat, and your ears begin to ring. You were thankful to have such a caring, attentive boyfriend who could sense if something was wrong, but at the same time you cursed at how quick he could pick up on your mood, since you were never the type to take confrontation so easily. “Hmmm, no. Why do you ask?” He walks up to you, frowning slightly as he knits his brows together, studying your features before prying further. “Nothing happened at school?” he questions, watching as you chew on your lip, looking away from him, “Anyone bothering you?” His questions hang heavy on your shoulders as you try to think of a way to change the subject, but nothing comes to mind. At the moment, you basically chewed your lip off raw, tortuous images flashing across your mind as you remembered what your rude, rival classmate had said to you before leaving school with Draken. “C’mon, be for real y/n. A guy like him wouldn’t date someone who can barely handle being around people. You’d just be a burden around him!” fresh tears began to streak down your cheeks as the few sentences settled at the pit in your stomach. “y/n?” Draken takes hold of your face, eyes concerned as he watches you slowly breakdown. “Ken…,” you whimper, sniffling as you choke out words between sobs, “Do you really love me?” Draken’s frown deepens as he listens to your small whimpers. Seeing you in tears broke his heart, and the worst of it all, someone made his poor angel cry. “What kind of question is that?” he wipes your tears with the pads of his thumbs, sighing as he cradles your body into a warm embrace, “Of course I love you. More than you know,” he whispers, gently running a calloused hand through your hair.
Mitsuya
It has been twenty minutes since Mitsuya has sat you down across from him, but to you it feels like a lifetime has passed by. He’s been eyeing you down, not in a bad way, but in the “you’re hiding something from me and I need to know '' kind of way. Meanwhile, you’ve been chewing on your lip and fidgeting with your fingers behind your back to the point where your hands began to cramp. It was as if you were a child about to get scolded by their mother for something they did. And knowing your motherly-natured boyfriend, the two of you would be sitting there for hours until you finally tell him what’s been bugging you. He knew your weakness and as much as you hated to admit it, you’d have to say something to him sooner, otherwise you’d surely die from the awkward tension. “Are you gonna tell me what’s wrong or do I have to force it out of you like this?” He asks. You grimaced at the thought, your fidgeting quickly escalating to itching your covered wrists as you slightly draw blood from your bruised lips. Tasting the bitter taste of chopper, you swallow thickly as you struggle to face Mitsuya’s prying gaze. “ Nothings wrong,” You mumbled, wincing slightly as you felt the sting from the scratch marks left on your hands. The last thing you wanted was to burden him with your problems at school and have him confront the people responsible for bothering you. You hated confrontation. Just like what he was doing right now. “Something is wrong,” he whispers to himself, taking your hidden hands into his own, glaring at the self-made marks on your delicate hands. “When you’re nervous or scared, you fidget with your hands, even if it hurts you,” he voices. “y/n, who’s picking on you?” he grunts, eyes focused on your scratch-covered hands and wrists as he gently runs his hands over them. Tears prick at the corner of your eyes, threatening to spill at any moment. Why was he so perfect? Why did he have to be such a caring person? How did you catch his eye? All questions were answered with a kiss on your hands and a kind smile being gifted to your teary-eyed gaze. “Don’t cry. I’ll make sure they don’t bother you anymore.” He leans over you, pressing feathery kisses to the salty drops that fall from your eyes. “You knew?” He hums, pulling away to caress your damp cheek. “I always knew. Draken told me. But, I knew you didn’t want me to get involved because you wanted to handle it on your own,” he says, “but when it was getting out of hand, I couldn’t help but ask you about it.” You could feel your heart clench at his truthful words and his concerns. “Mitsuya, I-” “Don’t apologize,” he grins, silencing you with a sweet kiss to your lips, “it's good that you want to handle confrontation on your own. But start out small, like asking your boyfriend for help,” he teases, earning a small smile from you. “Ok.” Smiling himself, he kisses you once more.
Baji
“Baji-san!” Chifuyu calls from down the hallway. Baji sighs, turning around to face his concerned friend. “Chifuyu, what the fuck did you do now? It’s my lunch-” “I think something bad is happening to y/n-san,” he gasps, hunching over to catch his breath after running up god knows how many stairs. At the mention of his s/o, Baji is quick to question him, forgetting all about eating his yakisoba lunch. “What happened?” His voice is dark and cold, his whole aura changing in a split second as he imagines all the things he’d do to the people who’d dare even think about hurting his s/o. It’s one thing to mess with a member of his division, let alone a friend of his, but by god Baji would give someone a one way ticket to hell if he heard someone harmed his s/o. Noticing the change in Baji’s tone, the vice division captain straightens up, realizing Baji wasn’t taking any shit at the moment. “I heard a group of y/n-san’s classmates hurting her. I think…I think they’ve been bullying her.” “Where,” he growls, fists balling at his sides as he does his best not to lose his temper. When he finds out everything, all hell breaks loose. His ears were ringing, his blood boiling, his mind going blank with rage as he made his way to your classroom. When he gets inside, he sees you cornered at the back of the classroom with three guys surrounding you. “Are you seriously dating the Baji Keisuke? The first division captain of Toman? What a joke!” one sneers, towering over you with a menacing glare. “A guy like him doesn’t date weak nuisances like you,” another spat. You don’t say anything, too scared to fight back against their insults and dirty looks.“Hey…,” the one in the middle growls, taking a closer step toward you as he reaches out and grips the collar of your shirt, “we’re talking to you. You think you’re all tough, huh?!” he raises his hand, bringing down to your face. Preparing what’s to come you turn your head away, waiting for the pain to bear down on you once more, but instead, nothing comes. Screams and cries of pain filled your ears. The grip on your shirt was loosened. Peaking an eye out, you see all three bullies beaten and bloodied, while a familiar long-haired boy stands in front of you, eyes flashing red with cooling rage with bruised knuckles dabbled in blood. “B-baji?” you squeak, swallowing thickly as your long-haired lover turns to face your shaking form. He’s quick to tower over you, expressionless as he locks his jaw. Before you could blink, you end up in a bone-crushing hug as he mumbles a spew of apologies and scoldings your way. “Jesus, thank god you’re alright. I’m so sorry. Why didn’t you tell me something? What would’ve happened if Chifuyu didn’t tell me you were getting bullied? Would you have let them try to hit you again?” While Baji was caught in his worries, you couldn’t help the smile curling on your lips as you listened to the fearsome member of Toman turn soft in your presence. However, you couldn’t fight the guilt punching you in your stomach. “Sorry Kei, I just…didn’t want you to think I was weak. I-I wanted to handle things sooner but-,” when you try to meet his gaze, he pushes your head into his chest, muffling your words. “Don’t say dumb shit like that, idiot,” he mutters, his grip on you growing tighter, “if you need help then ask. Don’t be a dumbass like Chifuyu. Besides, I’m your boyfriend. It’s my job to protect you. So let me do my damn job.” he sighs, nuzzling his cheek against your hair. “O-ok, but um…Baji?” “Hm?” “Could you, maybe loosen up a bit? I can’t breathe,” you groan, taking in a breath of air as Baji loosens his hold on you. “Ah~gomen babe,” he says sheepishly, a small blush tinting his cheeks. Giggling, you peck his cheek, “Of course, Keisuke.”

The Delinquent Next Door - Part 4: It’s A Date!
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: With your world turning upside down, you begin to slowly connect the dots of who your neighbor really is. It seems that no matter where you are or what situation you’re in, it all relates back to Hanma Shuji. Things are moving a bit too fast for you...so, how will you manage?
Pairing: Hanma Shuji x Neighbor! Reader
Warnings: Cursing, mentions of violence/violent behavior, slight trauma mentions/suggestions
A/N: *gasp* THANK YOU SO MUCH! 😭 Honestly, I was about to abandon the whole thing, but since I've been getting a lot of questions about it, I'll be posting the rest of it every week or so. This part was kinda short, so I apologize in advance. Enjoy!
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4
Two days have passed since your near death experience with Hanma.
Guess you could basically check off almost being murdered off your bucket list.
What a wonderful world we live in.
After the experience of the unsavory adventure, you began to contemplate the events of that night, while trying to piece together the…interesting background of your neighbor.
His infamous reputation as the most feared gangster in Kabukicho was very odd, seeing as how a normal individual, such as yourself, wouldn’t have a clue about him, yet those small fry gangsters knew him like he was some historical figure out of a history book.
I mean, since when do gangsters do homework on other gangsters? Maybe there’s some sort of class specifically for delinquents or something?
You shook your head.
This is crazy.
To be honest, you had to give him some credit. Despite the ridiculous and underlying comical nickname as a “Grim Reaper,'' you understood why people–delinquents–feared him so much.
That night when witnessing the fight between him and those thugs was something you certainly would never forget. Not because of the shock or the adrenaline pumping through your body due to the obvious danger that was present in the situation but because of the fact that Hanma, at the time, wasn’t the same person you met. Or, in your eyes, wasn’t just the average asshole next door neighbor that you had bumped into.
That night, you saw a completely different side of him aside from his crude and playfully cocky behavior.
He wasn’t the idiot you saw trying to bulldoze his door because he was lazy. No, he was a guy who would have beaten the crap out of anyone that looked at him wrong without hesitation and a really, really, really scary delinquent.
Certainly someone you wouldn’t want to piss off. At least, not too much.
Just gathering that much pretty much made it clear that Hanma wasn’t exactly normal.
As a matter of fact, it’s almost impossible to consider him ‘normal’ after witnessing how he basically took life as a joke with little to no care for his own safety and well-being. Which makes him ten times as weird as you thought he was.
What kind of neighbor knows how to beat the literal shit out of people? No–what kind of person takes pleasure in violence?
None of which you or anyone else knew, that’s for sure.
Nonetheless it seems that everywhere you go, trouble follows behind you, and so does Hanma Shuji.
I should move….and get out of the neighborhood while I’m still in one piece.
“Hey…”
But that wouldn’t really benefit me much. It was hard enough finding somewhere cheap to live.
“y/n!”
You snap out of your thoughts, turning your full attention towards your concerned best friend.
She frowns. “Are you alright? Are you still in shock from what happened?”
You blink owlishly, waiting for her words to process.
Oh right, she still feels guilty.
You glare at her, landing a gentle smack to her shoulder, “How many times do I have to tell you that I’m fine! Quit beating yourself up already”
She frowns,“How can I not blame myself after you almost got hurt? All because of a stupid date!” she pouts, eyes watery as she takes your hand into her own, squeezing gently.
“You’ve been so distant lately, and you’ve been on edge ever since that night,” she mumbles, once again squeezing your hand apologetically, “how can I not worry about you…”
Ok, sure, it kinda was her fault.
No, wait, scratch that–it definitely was her fault. But, hey, it could have been worse. If it weren’t for your crazy neighbor, you would’ve ended up in a body bag, yet here you are now, alive and breathing, and still working minimum wage at a run-down diner for a living.
“You say that as if I’m dead already,” you deadpan, rolling your eyes as you turn back to the register you were posted at, “and besides, as far as I’m concerned I’m still sucking air for the most part, so you shouldn’t be so worried. I’m fine.”
Bzzz!
Great timing universe!
Quickly fishing out your phone from your jeans pocket, you quickly glance at the new notification on your screen.
Jerk-Face Reaper: Meet me on the roof at 11 P.M.
Gee, my day was great, thanks for asking!
You: Why?
He doesn’t respond, only having read the message as indicated underneath your text.
You huff, slightly gripping your phone as you curse him through the tiny device.
You: I’m not gonna come if you don’t tell me why. I have to study for exams tonight, so I don’t have time for you rn.
“Who’s that? Is he a friend?” f/n asked, now leaning over your shoulder while scanning over your recent messages.
“I’m still trying to figure that out.” you sigh, placing your phone down on the counter.
She raises a brow. “Hmmm, why is he asking you out?”
Warmth creeps at the back of your neck. “He never said anything about a date!” you blurt out, clearing your throat as you set your phone down as you try to busy yourself at the empty register.
“Besides, we don’t know each other like that.”
She shrugs, “Maybe he wants to get to know you.”
Trust me, it’s the other way around. And not in the romantic perspective either.
“And what’s with the weird contact name? Something face reaper? Sounds like something straight out of a comic book.”
What is this? An interrogation?
Intentional or not, those were some damn good questions, none of which you wanted to answer.
Bzzz!
You snatch your phone from the countertop, looking over to see your best friend caught up in a conversation with the cook.
Jerk-Face Reaper: Just come.
You: …
You: You can reach me at my apartment, I’ll be studying. Goodbye :)
Jerk-Face Reaper: …
Jerk-Face Reaper: …Please?
You grinned.
You: Aww, such a sweetheart! I’ll take it. See you at 11!
“Aw, so it is a date!” f/n coos from behind you.
So she’s just spawning out of thin air now?!
“I-its not! I swear!” you groaned, hiding your face in your arms.
I hate it here.
