here are some ideas for Caregivers and/or babies that need help getting tiny! This may not work for all but I’m just putting down what helps me!

☆≡｡ﾟ talk to your/their teddies! Talking to stuffies and using their names has always helped me into my tiny space! Going in adventures with them or having tea parties can be so much fun!

☆≡｡ﾟ help your kiddo tie their shoes! Sometimes they can be to tiny to understand how to tie their shoes and having you help them can trigger that tiny space even more!

☆≡｡ﾟ make them/yourself tiny snacks! Numming on snacks such as yogurt bites, graham crackers, fruit,etc while watching tv has always helped me slip into my tiny space! Having yummy snacks in your mouth is better than biting on yourself or a nasty remote!

☆≡｡ﾟ watch kids shows! If you are a baby regressor, like me, watching tiny shows like Mickey Mouse, Max and Ruby, bubble guppies and more can help you into your baby space! If you’re a toddler watching stuff like adventure time, OK K.O., Teen Titans, etc can help you into your space ! If you’re a pet regressor tv shows like bluey, amazing world of gumball, curious George, etc can help you into your space!

☆≡｡ﾟ reading children’s books! I love reading even tho as a baby I really don’t know how hehe! Listening or reading out loud always helps me into my tiny space! Most of the books I get are usually cheap and are either from the dollar store or Walmart!

☆≡｡ﾟ setting up a comfy place! Whether it be your bed or a play tint having a cute space set up with all your stuffies and cute lights can always help! In that little place you can play games, have little parties, play dress-up, or color!
