Kagaya never doubted (Y/N) for a second

Loves just to sit in silence with his lover

If (Y/N) is comfortable with sharing, Kagaya would love to hear about his daydreams

He wouldn't mind letting his lover sleep on his lap, prefers him to sleep in a futon or bed tho

"I'm afraid your back and neck begin to hurt from you sleeping on the ground too much, darling."

When someone doubts (Y/N)'s abilities, Kagaya always responds with a way of saying "Never doubt someone from the way they're behaving, especially in their freetime, outside battlefield"

On days Kagaya's lover is barely aware of his surroundings, he'll ask someone to watch over him (that being mostly Giyu)

Muichiro finally really realized why lower rank demon slayer doubt his abilities when they saw him outside of battle before

After the first time of seeing (Y/N) fight, he definitely isn't worried at all that his boyfriend might zone out or something anymore

The two of them often sit back to back and stare at something while they zone out. People who aren't used to that are so creeped out by it

Doesn't care if (Y/N) wants to lean against him while taking a nap, as long as he can lean against him as well. Muichiro absolutely loves doing that

Probably throws something at someone (like he did with Tanjiro) who keeps being rude to his boyfriend and saying how they should be higher rank if that's how low the master's standards are

Muichiro strongly believes that (Y/N) won't get himself into trouble because of his habits, so he doesn't worry about it too much on days (Y/N) is barely aware of anything. That's what he says at least, but he keeps his pinky locked with his boyfriend's the whole day

Headcanon: Valentine's confession

It was clear Shun was waiting for someone to give him chocolate, but from whom exactly- not so clear

Except for Kusuo, of course. He had to listen to Shun's panicked thoughts all day, rlly wished you would just turn up and give him that damn chocolate, well knowing you spent the weekend practicing making chocolate just for the blue-haired

Shun just sat at his desk and impatiently, anxiously bobbed his heel up and down, while daydreaming about recieving chocolate from you

He was a blushing mess without even noticing it

You on the other hand were thinking about how you wanted to give him the chocolate. Gratitute or heartfelt? Both were accurate, both were true, but- You just couldn't decide

In the end, you just settled on putting it on his desk while he's there, so he at least would know it was from you

Despite your plan, you were still pretty nervous

I mean, he or any other person could just walk up to you and ask about it. & then you'd have to answer with either 'heartfelt' or 'gratitute' which just leeds back to the very beginning

Teenagers tend to overthink thinks like that gfhldsjfgh

But you were already walking towards Shun's desk, so---

You plopped the chocolate down on his desk and speedwalked out of the classroom

Shun's reaction:

Shun was watching you since you came into view, his mind and heart racing even faster than before. Poor boi almost having a heart attack with every step you took closer

//THIS IS IT!! That chocolate in their hands- i-it's for me! RIGHT!?//

I swear his smile was soooo wide once you placed the chocolate infront of him

He put it in his bag right away tho, doesn't want anyone (maybe Nendou) to snatch it away from him

Completely excited and lovestruck he watched you walk out of the door-

Right when Chiyu walked in, her own chocolate for Shun in hand-

Poor girl got the wrong message, thought he was excited to see her and waiting for her chocolate eghsdg

You see, Shun's lil crush on you was rather obvious at times, but Chiyu was so optimistic that she just forgot all the times she saw him staring at you with longing eyes and a blush on his face

This is a comedy, of course that can happen

Anyways, like I said- Chiyu was very optimistic that day, especially after that lovestruck expression she thought Shun was giving her

So she walked up to Shun and asked him to come with her, so they could talk in private

I mean, she was about to confess- better not do it with classmates around

//Wait- Did she see me staring at (Y/N)?? Does she know I have a crush on them??//, these kinds of thoughts flew around in his head, making him blush even further

Again, the poor girl misunderstood his reaction and got a confidence boost fkfkfnf

So, Shun tried to play off his nervousness by acting cool. It would be the end of him if someone found out about his crush, is what he thought

Chiyu and Shun walked out of the classroom, somewhere outside the building

They passed you while they were walking, making you follow them with your gaze a bit

You couldn't help but notice the redness of Shun's ears and the little wrapped up box in Chiyu's hands behind her back

You couldn't find your chocolate anywhere on them which kinda confused you tbh

Did he not care?

No, he definitely did. Even if you weren't the most confident person, you knew Shun cherished every single one of your gifts. So that couldn't be it.

Out of pure curiosity, you decided to follow them

When you guys were outside, Chiyu offered Shun the box of chocolate

You were standing right behind the corner of the wall, a few meters away from the other two, //Does Chiyu like Shun?//

Shun froze for a second, before smiling

Your heart began to race, you were so scared it was an actual confession.

And that Shun will accept

He couldn't rlly think of something she could be grateful for, so he just thought it was a 'thank you' for being nice or sth

You also felt bad, but on the other hand relieved you still had a chance

Chiyu frowned and clenched her fists, trying to hold back her tears

"It's (Y/N), isn't it?!"

Shun immediately shut her mouth with his hand, a clear move, a clear reaction

You held you mouth as you walked away a few steps. Could it be true?

From your position and loud thoughts, you couldn't hear most of their conversation anymore

Little Thief

For once, it was a rather relaxing day for the Yaksha. No one tried to stand in his way, no demonic spirits anywhere, the weather was nice and soon his boyfriend will come back from his walk.

And the Almond Tofu he was eating made everything even better than it already was.

Suspicious.

Even though it was a quiet day, Xiao couldn't help but think something is going to go wrong. Something had to go wrong. There is no such thing as a 'perfect day'. Not when (Y/N) wasn't there with him at least...

Xiao scoffed slightly at that last thought, trying to overplay the embarrassment he felt for thinking that. //If (Y/N) would hear this, he'd definitely poke fun and me for being so lovey-dovey. Argh.//

Chewing the rest of his food in silence, the golden-eyed began to wonder when his significant other would meet up with him. After all, it was the (Y/EC)-eyed's proposal to watch the sunset together ontop of the Inn's roof.

The idea that something might have happened to him made the man freeze for a second, but he shook that thought right out of his head again. That couldn't be it, (Y/N) was strong and smart enough to defend himself.

After finishing his food, Xiao walked to the room he and his boyfriend stayed in. He wanted to get his weapon he left in there, like he always did when he had to calm his nerves. Xiao felt safer with it, but a significantly huge weight is always being lifted from his shoulders whenever he put it aside. Really put it aside, not making it vanish into thin air.

Xiao went straight to the closet where he locked in his spear-

"...No."

He threw the closet doors open upon seeing the lock dangling on one of the handles, unlocked. Panic rose in his body, eyes widen, "You've got to be kidding me...", he growled through his teeth. The closet was completely empty.

The turquoise-haired closed his eyes, took a few deep breathes and crossed his arms over his chest. He began to recall everything to solve the mystery.

//I put the spear in there before I went to eat something and before (Y/N) went out on a walk. That was about 20 minutes ago...The only two people who have the magical key to open the lock are me and (Y/N)...(Y/N)!//

Now that he thought about it, (Y/N) did behave a bit strangely when they were talking in their shared room, the (Y/EC)-eyed kept staring at Xiao's spear and seemed to be overall a bit nervous. And the most important thing: (Y/N) never took a stroll all by himself, he always asked the other to join him.

Xiao rubbed his temples and leaned against the wall beside the door. He had no idea why his boyfriend would steal his weapon and, for the time being, didn't care. He just hoped it really was him.

About 15 minutes later, the (Y/HC)-haired arrived at Wangshuu Inn, about to complete his mission. That, however, proofed itself to be quite difficult. (Y/N) surely attracted a lot of attention with that giant cloth on his back which contained a certain someone's weapon.

//I should've thought this through! Taking the spear without Xiao noticing is one thing, but putting it back before he notices it's gone-//

Quiet like a cat, he made his way up the stairs, greeting people with a nod as he walked past them. Believe me when I say (Y/N) had his reasons to steal- I mean- to borrow his boyfriend's spear without asking him first. Well, besides looking cool with the Jade Winged-Spear and acting like the adept, of course.

(Y/N) sighed in relieve upon seeing the door to his destination, barging in without knocking and letting out a shriek before stumbling backwards after he saw Xiao move from his earlier position to block his way. Before (Y/N) could fall, Xiao grabbed him by his wrist and pulled him against his chest.

The (Y/HC)-haired's face turned bright red, he had been caught in his crime. He raised his gaze, flinching when he saw Xiao staring back at him with an anamused expression on his face.

The Yaksha sighed and released his boyfriend's wrist before closing the door and crossing his arms as he continued to eye his lover, occasionally letting his eyes drift to the clothed weapon (Y/N) carried on his back.

"So you really were the one who took my spear without my permission.", he stated in a stern voice, but not much different from the way he usually spoke. (Y/N) sweatdropped and began to fiddle with his hands, face still as red as Jueyun chilis.

"I-I can explain! So there were these treasure hoarders I passed by during my walk and- and they had- I noticed they had your spear on them and I was like- 'Hey that can't be right!', right? So I walked over there and managed to get the spear back and- isn't that crazy, though? I mean, how did they even open the lock? Hehehehe...Yeah- so- so that's what happened!"

Xiao continued to stare at (Y/N), clearly unimpressed, clearly unconvinced.

Really, if (Y/N) wasn't so dear to him, Xiao would give him a piece of his mind, never trusting him again, but...he was sure the (Y/HC)-haired had a completely understandable reason for stealing his spear.

"You don't really believe I'd ever believe such an excuse of a lie, do you?", he sighed, "Just tell me the truth. Why did you take my spear? You know I need it in case something happens, right?"

(Y/N) avoided eye-contact as he took the spear from his back and removed the cloth, before handing it over to its rightful owner. The adept's eyes widened as he held his weapon in his hand, finally being able to have a look at it.

"What...? You cleaned it?", he asked, running his un-gloved fingers down the handle. It almost looked like it was shining.

The other nodded as he intertwined his fingers behind his back, "And I also let a friend of Zhongli resharpen it.", (Y/N) still avoided eye-contact, "You mentioned how blunt it got and also- also how disgustingly dirty it got from your last couple of fights."

(Y/N) finally looked at his lover, "I didn't ask because I wanted to surprise you...and because you would have done it yourself, even though you were supposed to relax...I'm sorry, though..."

The room went silent after his explanation, while Xiao admired his weapon. That was pretty much the first time in a long time he understood what the phrase 'good as new' meant.

But, Xiao didn't quite understand why he felt so warm all of the sudden. He should be angry, or at least annoyed, no?

He looked up at his nervous lover, he was almost able to hear (Y/N)'s racing heart and was definitely able to feel his own.

//It's because he did it for me, to make me happy...//, he thought, almost as if it was someone else telling him. He shook his head.

"You scared me, you know?", Xiao finally spoke up, making his spear vanish into thin air and walking towards his boyfriend. (Y/N) muttered another apology, making the other sigh once more, "It's alright, just ask for permission next time."

The (Y/HC)-haired glanced to the side, a clear sign for Xiao to understand, "I will not decline the offer, I promise." Hearing those words made (Y/N) smile again, his (Y/EC) eyes sparkling as he looked into Xiao's golden ones.

Xiao took a deep breath through his nose, a blush threatening to form on his cheeks. He raised his hand to pet (Y/N)'s head, "You're such a trouble maker...", he mumbled, making his boyfriend laugh.
