he's the protagonist that we spend 200 episodes with and anytime we get a physical description of him it's "he looks Bad. so bad that if you say 'I saw a guy who looks bad' then that could only mean our jonathan. sickly and creepy and tired and injured and scrawny and increasingly scarred." and then we get what is maybe a physical description of him in the sequel show and in addition to "Extremely Bad" we get "he looks like a weird pervert with a flower fetish so deranged that it required court ordered psychiatric intervention."
