Havent Replicated A Style In A Long Time, So Heres My M&L OC Yackle In The Style Of Superstar Saga!

Haven’t replicated a style in a long time, so here’s my M&L OC Yackle in the style of Superstar Saga!

Name: Yarr + Cackle

Signature laugh: HYAK HYAK HYAK!!!

He’s a sort of rival type who fights you occasionally, he owns a pirate ship that interrupts you every so often on your journey through Beanbean Kingdom.

He specializes in bombs, and his attacks involve throwing different colored bombs at the bros. The colors swap like a timer before he throws / rolls them and you need to memorize the pattern to see if it'll go to Mario or Luigi to hit it back. If it’s thrown in the air, it can be knocked back to him to cause damage, but if it’s rolled and hit with the hammer, it moves a bit back and explodes without damaging the Bros.

A Jevil design based on a dream I had, where he got his own sort of separate form that made him resemble both a sunflower and a scarecrow. I wanted to draw it with a few tweaks, so here he is. I think I might call him Suncrow?

The inside of his eyes and mouth glow like a jack-o-lantern, and he never has pupils. His tongue is somewhat similar to looking like lava, however it’s the same color as his mouth.

Don’t know if I’ll use this design for anything, but I put him up on ToyHouse just in case I put him on ArtFight for next year or something!
