okay the scene in encanto where mirabel is protected by casita makes me cry every single time. casita was family. mirabel loved her family, loved casita. and it’s so, so heartbreaking. and the animation is so beautiful! it took my breath away seeing it for the first time. i cried just seeing it. encanto is such a beautiful movie and i’m so glad it’s on disney+ so i can watch it over and over again and cry
