Chaos/Order AU ThaisPhelios! I’m not even final on Thais’ basic design yet, but I’ve had these doodles for their Dawnbringer skin lying around for a while now, so just…take ‘em. ;w;

In the AU Dawnbringer Thais is the assigned bodyguard of Dawnbringer Alune, who convinces them to help Aphelios and her communicate and ultimately take part in the rebellion against Chaos and Order as extremes. It’s gonna be a one shot, once I have the time…

More late night thoughts.

a bit different though..so.. to take with a huge grain of salt. I used an older version of a strip because I ran out of time!

today is bi visibility day and with that:

bisexual includes ALL genders and does not mean only “two” genders

some bi people have a preference, others do not

bisexuality isn’t a defined thing and is different for every bisexual person

being bi isn’t being “half-straight” and “half-gay”

it’s bisexual not bi-sexual

learn bi history and do not erase it and be biphobic

in the past i have questioned myself and my bisexuality and felt almost like i was lying to myself when i realized i didn’t have a preference and didn’t include someone’s gender into my attraction of them because of rhetoric of bisexuals having a preference or the “bi means two” bullshit.

but i am still very much bi even if i don’t have a preference for my attraction and is attracted to people regardless of gender. there’s nothing wrong with having a preference and there’s nothing wrong with not having one. it doesn’t make you any less bi.

and i wished i understood that more and didn’t spread more misinformation in the past about bisexuality that is harmful to my own community. learn and listen to bi voices about their own community. learn about our history, do not erase bi voices about bisexuality and the hardship of the past and how it leaks into the present and maybe even future.

Happy Bisexual Visibilty day! Whether you’re able to be visible or not, you are valid and you are loved!

A while back I made a twitter post about how self shipping and OC/canon is okay, and engaging in your interests is valid. However I noticed more acceptance toward women/feminine people who self ship, and a lot of disdain toward men or masculine people doing the same thing… I even got comments saying “yeah well if a guy does it, it’s cringe.” 

(This language isn’t meant to exclude nonbinary people by the way, I’m nonbinary and masc-leaning. But there is an obvious difference in response toward men & masculine nonbinary folk, vs women & feminine nonbinary folk when it comes to fandom/things like this.)

Obviously, that’s BS. I just wanna say to all men and masculine folks who selfship or like oc/canon: You’re not “cringey” or “weird” for selfshipping as a man or masc person. Your gender doesn’t automatically make you a creep, it doesn’t make you weird, and it doesn’t make you “cringey.” This especially goes for mlm or nblm. 

Expressing yourself in positive ways is good and you deserve to enjoy yourself. As long as you’re not hurting anyone, nobody else can tell you what to do. Nobody else gets to dictate your self-expression.
