(FUN) Ask Three Kaios Announcement

Yo, so I've got some big, potentially interesting news for everyone. I've been busy irl focusing on my career life, like developing my online portfolio and all that good stuff. I recently got an invitation to submit a proposal for a job, but unfortunately had to turn it down because it involved working with a program I'd never even touched before: Adobe Character Animator. If you don't know what that is, CA is an animation program that basically lets you animate a character live. You draw your puppet in Illustrator or Photoshop, then import them into the program, where you can move them with any combination of keyboard triggers, click-and-drag, and facial tracking via webcam. This allows you to move a character in real time, performing actions such as eye movement, waving, picking up objects, emoting, hand gestures, and lip syncing (talking). Basically, it's really neat, and something I need to learn to broaden my horizons. But I figured, I could showcase my learning in a way that will hopefully be fun for you guys, too. What would I be doing? Why, hosting a live Ask P.K.O. session! I'm still working out the details, but this should mean that you can ask P.K.O. all sorts of questions, which he (I) will be able to answer in real time. I'll give you more details when I get everything figured out so that you know what to expect. I may post a video in the near future of P.K.O. in action, though not a live one, just so everyone knows what everything should look like. If this is something you guys want to see, let me know, and I'll do my best to make it happen! Or if you have any suggestions for me to include on the puppet (facial expressions or hand gestures, namely), or really anything you can think of, I'll do my best to include it!

So, I had the genius idea of creating OK K.O. character fusions using popular ships (Rednid, Radmond, etc.), and boy, did Garol turn out to be a gem. Look at this hip fashion disaster and their half-kappa sprog, Kendy.

Here's a doodle of K.O. and T.K.O. from the Mutated AU, which I believe was created by @emmy-the-dragoness. I've seen quite a few posts with them, and was intrigued enough by their design to give drawing them a try. As Theodosia once said, "I just think they're neat."

(PRICES UPDATED) Flipnote Animation Commissions?

Hey y'all! I got my PayPal set up, and I want to do a test commission to see if that's something I want to do in the future. I'm mainly thinking of animations and drawings, but for now, I want to try doing a single flipnote commission, since I'm always drawing anyway, and it's quicker than Adobe Animate. For the flipnote, I will exclusively do OK K.O. If this interests you, send me a PM. RULES: -No NSFW. -No audio that includes slurs or hateful language, but swears are fine. -Ships are okay, but nothing involving children or incest. -I will not be doing OCs, but I may accept AUs at my discretion. -Length of the animation must be less than 1 minute due to time constraints within the software, potentially less if done in color. -I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason I see fit, but I will never do it to be rude or to spite anyone. If I decide against a commission, I will express my reason for doing so. -There are some exceptions to these rules. Send an ask or PM if you aren't sure. PRICES (in USD) -Black and white: $1.50 per second of animation at 12 frames per second, $2.50 at 18fps, and $3 at 24fps -Colored: Add $1 per second, all frame rates -For an animation that loops or repeats (i.e. the Ponysoft Remover flipnote I recently posted), I will only charge $1 per second for black and white, or $2 for color. This applies to any frame rate. (Note: Cost will be estimated to the nearest second.) Upon deciding on an animation, I will create and send a rough or a work in progress. After that, I will wait until I have received payment to continue working on it. I will only be doing the first commission that I receive and can confirm, but may accept more commissions of other types in the future if it is successful.
