The first thing Xavier does is gawk at it, blinking in surprise. He turns the plushie over with care, examining every detail of the creature that so closely resembles you.

He starts poking its cheek, imagining it's your own, a small playful smile tugging at his lips. His eyes light up, filled with tender amusement.

Passersby notice his expression—an uncharacteristically satisfied and innocent smile gracing his face—as he gazes at the plushie.

He looks like a child who has opened their Christmas present early, filled with pure contentment.

Xavier takes the plushie everywhere with him, unable to bear being apart from it.

Instinctively, he holds it close, his protective instincts kicking in as if the plushie were the real you.

He might even tuck it into his pocket as he scouts new places or hunts for Wanderers, a small but significant token of comfort.

The plushie reminds him so much of you, making him feel as if you were with him at all times.

The best part is how soft and fluffy the plushie is, like a miniature pillow. He often rests his head on it, finding comfort in the softness.

As he lies down, he imagines it is your lap beneath him, a peaceful and soothing thought.

He definitely brags about it to Jeremiah.

"Look, it's Y/n," he says, with the plushie perched proudly on his head.

𝐙𝐚𝐲𝐧𝐞

Normally, Zayne doesn't care for plushies, nor does he like to keep one.

Unless, of course, it is from you. Or, more specifically, if it is you in a miniature fluff form.

With his usual aloof and cold demeanor, he examines the plushie, gripping it with one hand, a hint of curiosity in his eyes.

Unlike Xavier, he doesn't carry it with him everywhere.

But the plushie always has a place in his office, a silent but constant presence.

Sitting alone at his desk, Zayne sighs, massaging his temples as he finishes surgery after surgery, glancing at the plushie of you seated on his table.

'Well, it’s like having her in pocket-size. Cute,' he thinks to himself, a rare softness in his words.

Rafayel immediately takes several photos of the plushie, capturing its likeness from every angle.

Feeling inspired by this miniature work of art, he might sketch or paint it, blending his artistic talents with his affection.

He proudly shows it off, exclaiming, "It's Miss Bodyguard in plushie form!"

As he works on his latest masterpiece, he places the plushie somewhere prominent, ensuring it is always in his line of sight.

Talking to it as if it were the real you, he shares his thoughts and ideas, finding comfort in the imagined conversations.

He doesn't feel odd about this; heck, he’s quite proud of his little confidant.

Thomas might overhear him and think, "Maybe it's a normal artist thing," shrugging off Rafayel's eccentricities.

He definitely calls you, plushie in hand, the excitement evident in his voice. "Y'know, I'd rather have the real thing, but this is a close second."

"Is... that me?" Xavier is taken aback, surprised at the sight of the plushie that resembles him. "Where did you get that?" He gently takes the plushie and examines it.

You explain that you made it yourself, apologizing for your lack of skill, thinking it might not look much like him.

But Xavier is impressed by the attention to detail. Slightly embarrassed, he places a hand on his nape as he glances at the plushie. "It looks good," he says with a small smile.

When you ask if he wants it, Xavier thinks for a moment before deciding you should keep it, believing it would be a comforting companion for you when he’s away.

However, he soon regrets this decision as he sees you carrying the plushie everywhere. He starts feeling jealous of the inanimate object’s constant presence.

The breaking point comes when he finds you snuggling with the plushie in bed. Although it is just lifeless cotton, Xavier almost feels as if it is mocking him. Without hesitation, despite you being asleep, he takes the plushie away, tossing it to the ground and taking its place beside you.

The next morning, you can’t find the plushie. “Have you seen the plushie?”

"No," Xavier answers instantly, "I haven’t seen it."

He definitely had and hid it away, just so he could have your attention solely on him.

𝐙𝐚𝐲𝐧𝐞

He finds you adding some finishing touches to a plushie, glancing over your shoulder with a hint of curiosity. "What kind of animal are you making?”

"...It’s you, Dr. Zayne-"

"..." ← You

"..." ← Zayne

"It’s flawed. The eyebrow is a bit off, and the eyes on the right side are a little crooked." He points out several details that don’t quite capture him correctly.

You argue back, explaining that you just started sewing and half-heartedly apologizing for the inaccuracies.

Naturally, he asks why you made him into a plushie.

"I thought it would be fun to have a little Dr. Zayne around."

"You really do come up with the silliest ideas," he sighs softly, shaking his head, but with the faintest smile tugging at his lips. His tone is disbelieving, but there's a hint of warmth in his eyes.

"Come on, admit that it’s adorable at least."

Zayne crosses his arms, examining the plushie as he holds it up to eye level. "It’s something."

Feeling a bit defeated, you reach out to grab it back. "Fine, if you don’t want it, I’ll take it back." But before you can take it, Zayne dodges your hand.

"I never said I didn’t want it."

"But you said it yourself, it’s ugly."

"I said it’s flawed," he corrects. "I’ll keep it until you can make another one, once you’ve gotten better at sewing, and then we can do an exchange."

He may sound cold and indifferent, but there's an underlying warmth beneath his exterior.

𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐥

Upon seeing you with a plushie that looks like him, Rafayel flashes a charming smile. "I didn't know you were such a fangirl. Should I start signing autographs too?"

He takes the plushie from your hands, examining it with an amused glint in his eye. Striking a pose similar to the plushie, he adds, "Think it got my good side?"

Playfully, he makes humorous comments about its features and how well it captures his "charming" personality. Leaning in, he pretends to scrutinize it with a critical eye. "It's cute, I guess. But nowhere near as handsome as the real thing."

"I think I prefer the plushie version; it’s cuddlier," you tease. "I sleep with it at night."

"Should I be flattered or concerned for your sanity?" Rafayel retorts, though a faint blush appears on his cheeks. Pretending to examine it more closely, he secretly wants to hide his flustered reaction.

"Well, it's not like it captures my charm and good looks accurately," he says, feigning indifference to his earlier statement. "But I guess it’s not terrible for a cheap knockoff."

He tosses the plushie back to you carelessly, but his eyes linger on it a moment longer than necessary. "Just don't go around telling everyone you have a stuffed version of me. I've got a reputation to maintain."

"You’re such a weirdo. But I suppose that's why I keep you around," Rafayel remarks, shrugging his shoulders, though deep down he feels flattered, just doesn’t want to admit it.

You can usually sleep anywhere, anytime, under the most unconventional circumstances.” She mused, recalling with a smile how Xavier could even manage to doze off while standing, his body finding rest in the most unexpected moments.

“Mm.” He murmured, his eyes still closed, “thinking of you keeps me awake.” He paused, his lips curling into a faint smile. “But dreaming of you keeps me asleep.”

Xavier let out a contented sigh, his hand reaching up to gently grasp hers. Slowly, he opened his eyes, his blue gaze soft and serene as he looked at her hand. He brought it to his chest, where the steady rhythm of his heartbeat pulsed beneath her touch, a silent testament to the calm she brought him. With a tender movement, he lifted her hand to his lips, placing a delicate kiss on the back of her palm as his eyes fluttered shut again.
