I haven't done much art yet but I've spent a good amount of time in assigning meanings to all 78 cards . I've also decided that I'll be doing full art for all cards, including minor arcana which aren't face cards (meaning not king, queen, page, or knight, but numbered cards like for example, two of swords, etc) this means I have to do full colored and shaded pieces x78, each varying in detail 💀

Keeping the definition of the cards in mind with character traits, here's how the lineup looks right now. Its very much subject to change:

4 cards each for origin companions (astarion, wyll, karlach, gale, laezel, shadowheart)

1 card of shadowheart and laezel

1 card of aylin and isobel

1 card of minsc, 2 of jaheria (potentially one of them together)

3 for minthara, 4 halsin, 2 for Raphael

And some more featuring rolan, dammon, zevlor, kagha, karniss, volo, scratch, abdirak, tiefling kids, yenna, ommellum, orpheus, the tiefling couple, origin durge, dead three, some scenery/cult visuals, cazador, merchant npcs (ex: that one dragonborn girl and kobold at circus), along with epilogue and camp visuals

Some characters I'd like to squeeze in but might not: mystra, lucretious, etc.

Another sorta journal or idea post to gather my thoughts and allow any who are interested to listen <3

I've been sorta brainstorming some ideas for making my own bg3 merch and such, and making a ~bg3 tarot deck~ has been on my mind lately. I'm a frequent user of oracle/tarot cards myself and I found a website where you can get good quality custom decks (singular or in bulk) so I might make one for myself and post each of the cards!! There are average 78 cards in a deck so this is gonna take SOO long, but if I follow through I'm sure it'll be cool, it would also definitely help me decide on consistent stylization in my art, since some of the art on my blog is a bit outdated 😭 anyways if it works out well too I might sell or give out a few depending on possible interest and my own financial means :3
