Bg3 tarot update!!
I haven't done much art yet but I've spent a good amount of time in assigning meanings to all 78 cards . I've also decided that I'll be doing full art for all cards, including minor arcana which aren't face cards (meaning not king, queen, page, or knight, but numbered cards like for example, two of swords, etc) this means I have to do full colored and shaded pieces x78, each varying in detail 💀
Keeping the definition of the cards in mind with character traits, here's how the lineup looks right now. Its very much subject to change:
4 cards each for origin companions (astarion, wyll, karlach, gale, laezel, shadowheart)
1 card of shadowheart and laezel
1 card of aylin and isobel
1 card of minsc, 2 of jaheria (potentially one of them together)
3 for minthara, 4 halsin, 2 for Raphael
And some more featuring rolan, dammon, zevlor, kagha, karniss, volo, scratch, abdirak, tiefling kids, yenna, ommellum, orpheus, the tiefling couple, origin durge, dead three, some scenery/cult visuals, cazador, merchant npcs (ex: that one dragonborn girl and kobold at circus), along with epilogue and camp visuals
Some characters I'd like to squeeze in but might not: mystra, lucretious, etc.

I’ve been seeing a lot of people posting about the BG3 fandom burning out or being disappointed that artists they love have moved to other fandoms - so I just wanted to post a little update from my corner of tumblr.
There is a TON of BG3 fan art and discussion still going on. My queue is like overflowing, even more so than it was several months ago. Like, normally I might see a post and it would be scheduled for reblog within 3 hours, now it’s more like 7+ hours with how much stuff I have in queue.
So, even if your favorite artist has been lured way by Dragon Age, there’s tons of other fabulous artists out there worth checking out for your BG3 fix!
Fandoms grow and change, that’s healthy! It’s also healthy for artists to draw what excites or inspires them! And there are plenty of people still inspired by BG3 right now, just give some new or smaller artists some love 💕 My blog is full of them if you need help finding any 😉
