new days, new choices. resolutions suck, because you're never going to be able to keep up with them. so start small. dont snooze the alarm tomorrow. just put on those running shoes and walk. how about that little salad with lunch today?
know your limits, but don't hesitate to push. bad bitches didn't get where they are by being scared and in their comfort zone.
try new things this year, say yes, but also say no to some things. how about learning Italian or Russian this year? either way, every day is a step.

HOW TO BE A MORNING PERSON !?
