Mayday finds out about Crosshair’s former disdain for “regs”, and is amused at how much his opinions seem to have changed. Mayday brings it into the bedroom and asks how it feels for Crosshair to let a Reg fuck him. Crosshair loses his mind.

Now the rest of the guys know exactly how much Crosshair loves Reg Cock because they heard him squealing about it through the walls as Mayday fucked him senseless.

Preparing a chat bubble and I noticed that when Hunter says 'that's why those males tried to eat us' if you watch Tech in the background far left you can see him go from just listening

to OH NO HUNTER IS SAYING WRONG THINGS

Concept: The rest of the guys are shocked to discover Crosshair “I hate regs” BadBatch is the middle of a heated make out session with that hunky reg captain with the beard that he rescued from the Empire.

Crosshair: I hate being touched. The only physical contact I would tolerate is punching someone in the face.

Hunter: Echo is literally hugging you right now.

Crosshair: This is completely different.

What if Crosshair didn't want to join the Empire? What if, after having his chip removed after Bracca, Tarkin or Rampart or some other imperial asshole gave him an offer he couldn't refuse:

Stay with us, serve the Empire, and we won't hunt down the other members of Clone Force 99.

Crosshair had seen how barbaric the Empire was, he had seen the sheer volume of firepower and soldiers they possessed. If they wanted the Bad Batch annihilated, there was nothing Crosshair could do about it.

So he agreed, and stayed with the Empire to protect his brothers.

Because surely they would come for him right?

And they did. Or they tried to, but they failed. I refuse to believe they wouldn't have gone after Crosshair. They must've tried to rescue him off screen. I refuse to believe they would abandon him.

But they never came. They rescued Omega, they rescued Hunter, but not him. Never him. So he began to lose hope, he began to doubt, and then he began to resent his brothers, believing that they had abandoned him.

'Fine,' he must've decided at some point. 'If they don't want me, I'll stay here, with people who do want me.' And really, where else could he go? His attitude hides a fragile ego, I'd bet money on it.

And that's the tragedy of the Bad Batch: neither part abandoned the other. It was all one, big, shitty miscommunication.
