Alright! Update! So my mom is okay, she had accidentally leaned in her foot wrong and here vein just kinda wrinkled up a bit, but it's fine now. The bubble was just from the blood getting back up, but it's gone down and she's alright.

My mom was bleaching my hair and there was suddenly a weird giant bubble on her foot-

We just called 911 cause we're not sure what it is, so uh, we might be going to the hospital
