Whenever Keefe makes fun of his bangs he pretends like it doesn’t matter, but actually it makes him wonder if he made a mistake not only dipping his bangs but running away. Eventually he snaps and shows Keefe the scar and they have a nice solidarity moment, maybe Keefe talks about his mom stabbing him or something.

Headcanon that Tam has a scar on his head from that one time he dipped his bangs in molton iron or whatever

So, I told my friend (who’s also read kotlc) about the melves. They thought it was unlikely, but mostly because there’s not any mention of gay elves. 

So, then they said that maybe just all the gay elves live on the moon. 

Like, a runaway group who have basically disowned elven culture for its rigid matchmaking rules and surrounding shame.

I am absolutely thrilled that the Spanish Flu is relevant again. It was one of my NHD projects so if anyone wants my basic rant about the Spanish Flu’s origins I’m here.
