When we didn’t know yet that Edgar’s last steaks were human flesh? Probably Gilliam’s arm or leg, or even Edgar’s mom’s that Curtis had killed? 

What does it smell like when it’s cooking? Of course it’s easier for Curtis to say “Shut up, Edgar” instead of “What did your mom smell like when she was cooking?”
