This goes out to the survivors who haven't spoken up because they're afraid of not being believed,

I believe you.

To the survivors who have been called a liar, or been told things like "maybe you just misunderstood,"

I believe you.

To the survivors who haven't been believed because the other person is so well loved or well respected by others,

I believe you.

To those who have been silenced, shoved aside, or ignored,

I believe you.

To any and all survivors,

I believe you. I believe you. I believe you.

Demons and who they respect (Based on my experiences)...

A demon, especially a high ranking one or has been in hell for a very long time, is a responsible entity in which they select who they want to work with very carefully. Hauntings by these demons are rare, and more likely than not they are actually looking through a lens of research to see what a human is doing and if they can work with said person.

So the question is, who does a demon consider worthy of working with them? That's a question I can answer in one simple sentence. It entirely depends on them.

And like people who come into our lives for a reason or a season, demons are the same way. Some will stay in a person's life forever while others only for a small window of time. And that's perfectly okay.

But can I give the qualifications for a demon to become more likely to choose that person? I can try. But again, this is all just from my experiences.

First is, a demon will respect someone with a strong head over their shoulders. Meaning someone who knows their goals and what to do for said goals.

Second, someone with a strong heart. A person who knows their purpose in life and is aligned with that, or at least somewhat had a good sense of themselves and wants to learn how to become their best self, will automatically gain the demon's trust.

Third, is whoever their higher ups or lords favor. This is a bit biased in a way that if let's say, Lucifer or Belphegor or another high ranking entity favors a person, then more than likely they will respect that person.

Fourth, is if the person wants to work with demons and is strong willed, level headed, respectful, and have a talent for darkness or the left hand path.

Those are the traits that I know at the top of my head that will surely be qualifications for demons to help a person out.
