they are THE relationship of the show. adebayo saw the good in chris before anyone else did, and called him out for shit he’s never been called out for. everyone is capable of change, but not everyone is capable of doing it on their own. her friendship literally jumpstarted his character growth in the show, and in turn adebayo worked towards being a better person herself. them!!!!!!!!

no matter how many campaigns there are no matter how many characters are introduced taryon ‘tary’ darrington will go down in history in my mind as the most entertaining and surprising character of critical role we all wanted to hate him but we just couldn’t; it’s the daddy issue baby you should have lead with that and there never would have been any doubt
