Chapter 102 - On Cloud Nine
SOBBING
We did good

Context: Ten years later, and your family is still as chaotic as ever.
A/N: Thank you everyone for following the journey of the Midoriya Family Shenanigans. It means a lot to me. It means a lot that you all care so much about this little make-believe family I have made. This wouldn't have been written at all but @mikaralho won the Glitch games and asked for a little fic for once Reader and Izuku are elderly/older so this was what I could do.
"I'M HOME!"
"Toshinori, do you have Izuku's bag?"
"Of course."
You paused before a smile went to your face. Your two sons that were still inside your garden of a home, sprung up at the sound of their oldest brother's voice. Shoyo grinned, brushing his hair back as he stood up straight. He went into the hallway right as Toshinori stepped in. "Toshi!"
The twenty-seven year old's eyes widened in shock. "Jesus, dude. You're nearly my height. I feel offended." They met in a hug.
The eighteen year old laughed. "You should."
"Uncy Shoyo!" A three year old boy said with a smile.
You washed your hands as you stepped into the hallway and instantly you saw the little boy light up like a christmas tree. He looked christmas themed. His eyes were a sparkling ruby red, light and beautiful like his mother's however his hair was a deep forest green, the colour of any Midoriya boy.
"Baa-san!" You heard the little boy run over to you, the sound of little fit running to you, warming your heart. You hadn't heard it in such a long time.
You smiled broadly. "Oh my little Junior." You picked him up in your arms and kissed his face making him giggle. "Look at you, you're so big now."
"I miss you." He said softly, chubby cheeks having small freckles on them.
You chuckled. "I miss you more than ten." His eyes widened at the big number in his eyes making you smile broader.
You turned to look at your son and his wife as they came into the room. You walked past Toshinori. "Toshi, you're blocking me from seeing my daughter." You said making your eldest son's jaw fall in deep offense.
"Ouch mom," He put his hand to his chest. "I get married and suddenly you don't love me anymore, I see how it is." He shook his head, arms folded over his chest as a petty frown went to his face.
Satomi shook her head making you smile at the sight of her, ignoring your son knowing how petty Midoriyas are. You smiled as you put your hands on her beautiful face. She was as radiant as ever. Undyed black hair falling down her left shoulder. "Hello Satomi. you look gorgeous."
She smiled. "Thank you, Aunty Y/N."
"Is the baby treating you well?" You asked.
Satomi looked down at her pregnant stomach and sighed, her shoulders slumping. You couldn't help but laugh as you took her by the hand. "You were not kidding that Midoriyas are heavy. Honestly, Daddy said that chubby babies run in the family but 9 pounds?"
You couldn't help but laugh. "You need to sit down. You know what would often make me feel better, frozen broccoli and ice-cream."
Satomi turned to look at you, her ruby eyes filling with tears as she gave you a beautiful smile. "That sounds delicious right now." She said with a wobbly voice. "Do you think I can have barbeque meaty chips with that?"
Toshinori tried to fight his face of disgust, trying to hide his opinions of his wife's cravings.
"Dad, I'm fine."
"I know buddy but you should rest."
"I can stay for family dinner longer than just the actual dinner."
Coming down the stairs was your husband and youngest son, Koda. Koda was skinnier than his brothers due to his immunodeficiancy but his skin was warmer than it was when he was normally sick so he looked fine. Beside him was your husband carrying his backpack with Oxygen in it.
Toshinori turned to look upstairs. His hands moved to sit on his hips as he tilted his head with a look, that reminded everyone of you. "Now what is this I hear about you fainting at school, Koda?"
Koda sighed. "Great, another parent." He said holding onto the railing as he took the last couple of steps down, longer legs carrying him. He moved his oxygen tube to the side as he walked over to his brother. "I'm fine. I just used my quirk too much."
Izuku furrowed his eyebrows, folding his arms over his chest. "Your blood pressure was 85/50" Toshinori's eyes widened at the reading as he turned to his youngest brother.
Koda turned to look at his father. "I got better?" He said more like a question.
Toshinori sighed. "You worry me more than Asahi did in his teens but less than Hero does for me now."
"JII-JII!" Izuku Junior screamed as he caught sight of your husband. He was absolutely wriggling and fighting to get out of your arms making you laugh.
You put the little boy down as he ran full speed to Izuku. Your husband's face burst into a smile, smile wrinkles on his face but still somehow retaining a youthfull essence to him. Your husband let out a laugh as he picked up his grandson and threw him in the air. "IZUKU!" He caught him making the boy giggle. "How's my little hero?"
Junior flexed his arms with a proud look. "Plus Ultra!"
You chuckled at the two Izukus' geeking out, you walked over to your eldest son. You smiled up at him. Toshinori had grown up so much it almost made you sad to see it. He was an adult now. The Number One Hero of Japan for the past two years and head of the Deku Agency which was now titled Green Justice Agency. He was married for the past six years, with one son and another baby on the way.
Just looking at him nearly brought you to tears. "Hello, my little sprout."
His gaze was warm as he looked at you, his demeanor soft and easy. "Hello mama." He hugged you. "How are you? Are you well? Are you eating enough?"
You chuckled. Toshinori had always looked after your well being, always being the first one out of his brother's to think of you. "I'm fine, I'm fine. Your father and I are excited for our cruise soon, so we can't wait."
Toshinori chuckled. "I can't blame you. Dad seems to be loving his retirement."
You hummed with a nod. With your husband on retirement and no longer the Number One hero since Toshinori turned twenty, he had been enjoying his days of rest. He finally got to watch the remaining of his boys grow up properly without rushing off for hours or even days at a time. He was glad he could now.
However, if you were honest, your husband being in retirement felt more like an excuse for him to be all over you than for him to actually enjoy his retirement.
"Whose big ass truck is blocking the driveway!?" Someone shouted from the front door as he entered the house.
"Hero, there's no need to shout."
"Of course, you'd say that Suzume."
Walking into the room was Hero and his girlfriend (to everyone's surprise a year ago), Takahashi Suzume. The twenty one year old entered the room in his national team rugby jersey. "Hello! The most successful Midoriya is here!"
"Hey Hero!" Koda waved.
Hero turned to look at his youngest brother. "Wow, bro. You look less on death's door than usual."
"Hero." You shook your head in disappointment.
Hero smiled at the sight of you, taking off his sunglasses. "Hey there, mom." He kissed your forehead. "Hope dad hasn't been breaking your back."
Izuku let out a loud laugh somewhere behind you. "You bet I am!"
Hero let go of you and said his hellos and greetings to his brothers when he came across his sister in law. "Satomi!" He kissed her cheek making her smile as she happily sat in Izuku's recliner. "You look as gorgeous as ever. Honestly, not worthy of being married to my troll of a brother."
Toshinori glared at his brother. "Hero step away from my wife."
Hero motioned down to Satomi as she sat in her beautiful red maternity dress. "Not my fault your wife is-"
"Hero." Toshinori said in a warning.
"Is particularly round today." He saved himself.
"Who's particularly round today?" Entering the room was Asahi, who adjusted his glasses as he looked at the rest of the family.
Hero smiled at his older brother. "My favourite fruity brother." He grinned opening his arms to embrace a really unimpressed Asahi.
Your home was now loud and full for this rare moment since the boys started moving out to study and work . Your home was bountiful and loud, with happy familar faces, loud voices and insults and happy new comers who were now part of the family.
"IZUKU!" Turning his head was both your husband and little junior. Standing in the entrance hallway with a scowl on her face was a little girl with mixed skin, red piercing eyes and fluffy blond hair. She pointed her finger at the green haired boy.
You watched your grandson grow pale at the sight of her. "Oh no..." He whispered. The girl went running after him in a pink princess dress as Izuku went running in fear around your house.
Kane sighed as he shook his head, stepping into your home, with his wife. "She promised not to attack him."
"You know her, Kane." Amari said as she watched their daughter chase Toshinori's son around the living room.
You smiled as Kane came to greet you, kissing your head. "Hey mom."
"Hello sweetheart." The blond man smiled down at you, still loving you all the same. "How's your father?"
Kane sighed. "Pops is fine. We're going to play chess tomorrow." He told you. Kane had sort of made up with Katsuki, although it took a while for him to forgive his father, he was open to it only because you encouraged him to find healing.
"Kane!" Toshinori shouted as he sat down with his wife in his arms. "Get your daughter away from my son!"
"Get your son away from my daughter!" He shouted back.
Asahi picked up Izuku Jr right before he could get a mini explosion to the face by a little girl. "Toshinori, may I use Junior as an example for a second." Asahi put a little harness around his nephew.
Toshinori instantly realised what was going on, sitting up as he adjusted Satomi in his lap. He pointed a finger at the twenty-four year old. "You are not using my son as a test dummy."
"He'll be fine." Asahi placed the boy down on the ground. "Meet the latest child protection shield! Made to protect your kids in the event of a surprise villain attack." Asahi took a step back. He motioned down to his nephew. "Like so, lets say I tried to kill your kid." Satomi's face fell in horror as Asahi lefted his leg and threw a kick to his nephew.
However the little boy sat unharmed as a nano tech shield went around him, stopping Asahi from even getting within a ruler of him.
You let out a sigh in relief.
Toshinori's eyes were wide as he flicked his eyes up to his brother. Asahi grinned. "Tada! Safe kid!"
Toshinori just stared at his brother for a moment. Debating whether or whether not to kill him.
Hero smirked as he let out a scoff. "And you all call me the crazy one, when it's him."
With everyone finally home, your home was bustling with life. Dinner was lively as always, filled with laughs and happy cheers and updates about each others lives. Hero was going to New Zealand for a year as a transfer to play with the National Rugby team of New Zealand, the All Blacks. Asahi was head of Hero Support at Toshinori's agency and had been staying up for nights on improving the nano tech of Toshinori's suits (that kept ripping which made him angry), Shoyo had gotten accepted into John Hopkin's Medical program and would be staying with Melissa Shield while he studied and Koda was about to enter high school.
All your sprouts had such big and wonderful lives ahead of them.
You stood in the kitchen as you watched everyone. You felt a kiss to your neck as your husband wrapped his arms around you. You leaned against him with a smile, happily enjoying the affection he was giving you. "Hello, Izuku." You chuckled.
He hummed as he moved to look down at you with a loving smile. The sides of his hair were now more grey and white than green but he still looked so handsome. "You look sexy in those jeans."
You chuckled. "Izuku, their your favourite jeans."
"There's a reason they're my favourite." He stated with a grin.
You both leaned against each other as you looked at your big and wonderful family. "We did good." You said softly.
He smiled and nodded. "Yah... yah, we did."
