I think it used to be a game to throw bones like that in the air and see how many would land on your streched out fingers (not sure if it's that old though). Maybe she was a pro!

knitting tutorial made by a twenty-something knitting influencer: 18 min long, 12 of those minutes being the intro and a sponsor plug, they show the first few steps of the tutorial at the slowest speed known to man, they show the most important steps at a neck-break speed, they stop every five seconds to talk about what they just did, 40,000 comments filled with questions ranging from insightful to “how do i knit”, filmed with a camera that costs more than a car, the tutorial is incorrect.

knitting tutorial made by a seventy-something grandmother: two min long, filmed 17 years ago, shows you what you want with the skilled patient hands of a beloved deity, made with the world’s shittiest camera, the best video on the fucking internet, four comments and 30 views, you lose the video and never find it again.

Should I continue watching this show?

I've watched about half of "Dead Boy Detectives" now and all in all I feel very frustrated. Just to be clear I absolutely love the concept and I like all of the characters so far. BUT! There kind of has been no real character developmant whatsoever? I mean every episode the mystery is kind of tailored for one of the main characters (like "My dad was abusive, but I've never worked trough that" or "I miss my family, but don't even remember them"). Which is great for character development! BUT, NO! They don't do that. Sure, everybody gets sad and the focus character trauma dumps a little (mostly to just one other character) and then NOTHING HAPPENS? And it's like: "Hey. dude you wanna talk about your obvious trauma/ do you need support?" "Nah." WHAT DO YOU MEEEAN? It's really unsatisfying because you get the perfect setup for a heartwarming scene between friends, (y'know healing and stuff) but NOTHING HAPPENS! THEN WHY DID THE WHOLE THING EVEN HAPPEN?

So... Does that like change at all? Do they squezze it all in the last episode or is this like a "watch the next season to find out if these people will ever communicate about their feelings"-situation?

As I said I actually like a lot of things about this show, but since watching feels so unsatisfying like this I wonder if I am just wasting my time...

Does it get better? Please tell me.
