If you play gacha games it is absolutely vital that you miss an event every once in a while. I'm serious gacha games are designed to continuously keep you engaged by throwing login bonuses and time-limited events and stuff like that constantly, which can quickly turn "this is a fun game i'm enjoying" into "oh god i need to log in or i might miss super important stuff." Missing events and breaking login streaks is a good way to remind youself that yeah it's just a game it's no big deal if you put it down for a few months. Sure you might miss an SSR or two but why would you want an op character in a game you don't even enjoy anymore.
Reblog to bonk your mutuals on the head every time they start thinking negatively about themselves
wait a sec, you’re tellin me all of humanity was reduced to a much smaller amount of people who were left to hide underground, constantly in danger, with limited resources but STILL resorted to CAPITALISM?

Hyrule Headcanon #1
Elemental weapons (arrows, swords, spears etc) are nearly impossible to make and even harder to properly maintain. It's beyond most of the civilizations in the kingdom. Even the Shiekah and Zonai, arguably the most advanced races in the world, never figured out how to make a single Ice arrow. The best they could ever do was just stick a gemstone onto a weapon and call it a day.
It was the MONSTERS who first started using authentic elemental weapons. Specifically, the monsters who survived the purges that followed the first Calamity.
Monsters, when left alone, tend to be surprisingly intuitive. Many a cocky researcher have lost their live because they underestimate just how smart they are.
However, this only counts when left alone! When comparing Bokoblins that appeared after the Upheaval to those from the Calamity, people were surprised
It seems when Ganondorf takes direct control of his forces, they become much more ferocious, but less intuitive. Almost none of the Upheaval monsters make unique weapons anymore.
Instead they copy Hylians by attaching materials to decayed armaments.
This implies the Demon King cares more about obedience than effectiveness
(more on this will be elaborated on later)
Just my thoughts as to why most of the unique Monster weapons don't come back in Totk

The presence of Pokemon in this version Hyrule has caused significant changes not just to culture, but politics as well. Some for the best, others for the worst
The major regions (Tabantha, Hebra, Faron, Necluda, Akakala, Gerudo, Lanaryu, and Eldin) are all completely independent countries. Each one has a different form of government that isn't beholden to Centrilian rule.
Tabanthans (read: the Rito) are run by a Village elder and a council made up of the best warrior from each household. This has been criticized not only by foreign diplomats, but also by the Rito Champion Revali himself.
Hebra was ruled by a line of Queens called "Valkyries" since time immemorial. Said Valkyries were appointed by one of the Highland's Guardian Pokemon. However, since no proper Guardian has been born since the Calamity (Surtr is more likely to burn a candidate to ash than appoint her Valkyrie) Hebra's devolved into a lawless wasteland.
Officially, the Gorons are led by a "Boss" whose kept in check a council of merchant guild masters. In reality, the "Boss" has all the real power. The guild heads are just for show and they know it.
Faron has no centralized government, on account of most of its inhabitants being nomadic Bouffalant herders by nature. Said nomads only gather together once a year in the Faron grasslands to trade gossip, materials, etc.
The Zora's Domain of Lanaryu ruled by a Monarchy. Since the average Zora can live about 500 years the domain has remained mostly unchanged even with the deadly (to the Zora anyway) Electric-type Pokemon that call it home.
Akkala used to be ruled by a military dictatorship, However, political sabotage caused its collapse. Since then, Akkala's been a bunch of Gormotti controlled homesteads
