‪[ 12:56AM ] jimin liked attention, even though he never admitted it out loud, but in times like this when it's dark and he feels alone with his thoughts despite you laying there beside him, it's when he wants to draw little attention to himself, hoping for warm arms to hold him as he tries to fall asleep.‬

with light touches on your arm, he ever so subtly grabs it and puts it over his shoulders while he positions himself properly so that his face can be buried in the space between your chin and chest, his own arms holding onto your ‪torso, legs swinging to your thighs as he breathes in‬ your familiar scent. you slightly move due to the sudden feeling of his hold and when you open your eyes, you see the top of his head in your line of vision.

“baby, you okay?” you croaked, giving into his embrace, a hand now on his hair, gently running your fingers through the strands.

he hums and you can't help but pull back to look at his face.

“you sure?” you ask and he smiles, nodding.

“just wanted to hug you, that's all.”

“okay.” you go back to embracing him, holding on tighter, jimin emitting a contented sigh as you also continue massaging his scalp, your other hand drawing little circles on his back.

he didn't need to say anything else for you to understand and he loved you even more for it.

Hoseok clung to the thin fabric of his sleeves as he watched you climb into the snow with some regret as he did not realize the effort it would entail. Eyes widened slightly, he silently pleaded with you to ignore the need to take a photo, only your excitement could not be stopped. Maneuvering your frame around in a comfortable position, you now faced your half dressed husband with eagerness, erupting in a fit of giggles at his miserable state.
