I've heard of ChatGPT through one of my classes, and I don't remember the discussion much, but it was pretty unbelievable because my teacher had said that you could put in exam questions about different subjects and it would give decent answers. I 100% agree with you.

Another issue with AI

While AI art has been trending here on Tumblr for the last couple of days, I just found out about another AI program, called ChatGPT which is a writing AI. As an English teacher I’m mind blown by it. I put in some prompts that are going to be on my student’s final and it spat out some pretty decent responses.

I’m not going to get into the ethics of this service or where it’s getting info from, because that’s all over Tumblr.

I’m going to say this to the students out there. I know you guys are stressed. I know that the pressure put on teenagers and young adults is worse than ever. I know sometimes you’re in it for a grade and not for the learning. But I am trying my hardest to teach young people how to analyze a complex situation, how to understand deeper meaning and think critically for themselves.

Don’t cheat yourself using these programs.

So let me get this straight

1. Elon Musk buys Twitter

2. Elon Musk unbans Andrew Tate

3. Andrew Tate picks a fight with Greta Thunberg

4. Greta Thunberg ratios the shit out him

5. He gets mad and posts a video response

6. There's a Romanian pizza box in the video which twigs Romanian police of his location

7. He is raided and arrested for human trafficking

That is some fabulous fuck-around-find-out shit and a great end to the year.

How to write IB essays:

As told by my economics teacher when he was telling us how to write our IAs and told is that it would be good for any subject with essay questions.

There are three criteria to achieve:

Evaluate: Evaluations give grades 6-7, with 450 words on it

Apply: Applying knowledge gives levels 4-5, here we should give explanations and if there are any diagrams explain that as well, with 250 words on it

Knowledge: This gives grades 1-3, here we should write down definitions and background information, with a word count of 150 words.

How to write it:

Intro: State and explain the dilemma, justify its importance, and use minor citations.

Body: Here we should show off our knowledge, using definitions, diagrams with explanations of any, basically used to analyse the situation. This analysis is then used to evaluate.

Note: it is useful to underline or highlight important keywords or statements in the assignment or exam paper, it shows where all the work is done and also leaves a good impression on the examiner.

agreed the only reason I'm downloading the books and rewatching the movie is because of the women

most relatable character in the movie was Vanthiyadevan, because i too would flirt with every girl in that movie.
