No...no...no Itachi will never react to your death well. He had to kill his whole clan even kill his lover for the sake of protecting the hidden leaf village. when Itachi meets you he fell in love once again The love in his heart was pure and he wanted to keep it as long as possible, he holded onto you tightly and wanted you to never experience any pain the way he went threw. But he knew he could never hold onto you tightly because he knew something would happen a bad feeling. Once him and his partner saw your dead body laying on the ground blood pooling around you as your eyes look dead, there was nothing more gruesome for him. He tried and tried everything he could to wake you up his red Sharigan eyes glowing so red... why did it have to be you of all people. He held your body close while screaming and coughing due to his weak system. The only way he got off of your body was from kisame. They made him stay in closed view of kisame as kisame mission was to watch Itachi even more careful as he tried his best to get his partner to calm down or even just to get out of his room.

Sadly starving himself over your death he had to get atleast have 2 members to feed him ( Most likely Kisame and Konan.) he didn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. All in his mind was to either kill himself or by his brother, are picturing you in the warm times you guys had. He had to have baby step help to regain the lost of his darling lover. The one thing that was positive is that kisame and Itachi grew closer not in the love way but the Brother way. As Itachi would never love anyone else besides you. He was given as much time he needs into he can regain self Conscience of his actions but for now Kisame will have to help him.

Sorry I got to into it but I definitely see kisame having to help Itachi after losing his darling! Please do not starve yourself or do suicide if you ever need help please Call numbers that can get you help! Or even talk to a trusted adult.
