Working on some angles for the x3 poster. Using lots of tatsumaki references. Might change the legs up but I like the fact you can see most of the armor. 
Oh! If you’re wondering why I’m doing this, I was very disappointed as a kid when I found out there was no tatsumaki considering the hadouken and shoryuken in the previous games. So logically I wanted so bad to see the kick. Alas, all we got was a gold armor. ☹️

Found it! Planning use that "visor" design in future drawings

So I nerded, and continued nerding after my work out. And nerded some more. Then the god damn pylon broke :)

Nerding super hard right now. Repainting an old project that was a failure. Tried to do the aztek pattern with flat and gloss.. the gloss yellowed and turned out really bad

This makes me feel ashamed about my unfinished x2 poster ☹️

After all the slightly boring, common official art, here comes the better cards. The X2 vs. Boss portion of the set!

From little crabby minions, to Wire Sponge hangin’ from the ceiling and firing out spores, to Centepede jutsu-ing out of hiding, I love how this art does a great job of portraying the boss attacks and X attacking their weakness.
