I just had a really long, kind of draining weekend, and I'm just sitting here now and feeling thankful for all of my little pocket friends and the community I have found while writing my silly lil' fics. Thanks for keeping me sane, ya'll.

I am finally playing The Last of Us (because @bumblepony is the sweetest person on the planet).

I made it until the leaning office building before I died, because I forgot how to shiv clickers, but that's not bad for my first play through, I think!

But also now it is super weird to go back to writing my fic because my Joel is currently being so soft, while game Joel is still in murderin' and being an asshole mode.

GYOW / ALaYF Drabbles

I've been compiling little bits and pieces here and there, as I write for both Go Your Own Way and As Long as You Follow; I have so many little scenes that never ended up making it into the final cut of either fic (example: did you know I actually wrote out a whole wedding for Benny and Joel? I then scrapped it, because I just didn't feel like they would be into it, but I still have it saved). When I finish ALaYF, my intention is to start posting some of these scenes (and writing some new ones) as a multi-chapter fic that sort of jumps around and covers things that the original fics didn't. Some of these chapters might only be 100 words long, others might be 5,000 words long - either way, it's something I've really been looking forward to doing, that is also a lot less pressure on me since it's not a linear story that I'm trying to tell (no - that would be the AU I've been planning out, because I am insane). If anyone has any suggestions or requests for anything they might like to see in that collection, don't hesitate to send me an ask. :)
